We had an amazing dinner with my family at this famous Greek restaurant Petros, located at the heart of Griffintown. First let's start with the ambience. I loved the traditional Greek settings - Blue & White. Such a colourful vibe the restaurant had setup, including the cutlery. We totally got to fall in love with it. The wall portraits are amazing reminding me of when we went to Santorini back in 2017. Second, the presentation of the Menu card. Picture attached. Written both in Greek & French. Coming to the meal 🍽? we decided what to have. We ordered'Pikilia Grecque Traditionnelle' comprised of Quatre Tartinades, Spanakopita, Gigantes, Olives 🫒, Fromage Feta, Peperoncino, Feuilles de vignes farcies & betteraves marinées. & from the main course'Kota Spasti'. Pictures attached. They made it very fresh, tasted yummy & it was very very heavy. It was worth it. The staff were kind & courteous. It's definitely worth going to Petros. Next time will come & will try some other recommended dishes. Merci beaucoup
'Visited last Sunday & the food was quite disappointing, especially since it wasn't crowded. Maybe it's because Omar wasn't there. Hope they can improve soon!'

Great restaurant. It looks inconspicuous from the outside because of the lack of windows at eye level, but inside is a whole other dimension bathed in the Greek flag colours. The food was delicious. You can tell they use quality ingredients & pay attention to details. We had the broiled cod & the tomahawk pork. Everything was fresh & perfectly cooked. The service was quick, the staff attentive & the ambiance was lovely. Our waiter, Marino, was a lot of fun & made us feel right at home. Thank you Marino! We've been to many Greek restaurants in Montreal, Petros is top tier but not pretentious. This isn't your gyro pita & fries joint with tzatziki slathered everywhere. This is Greek & mediterranean cuisine refined & a reminder that it's way more than just pork souvlaki & pita sandwiches. Definitely recommend.

Le poisson était incroyablement frais, parfaitement préparé & plein de saveurs - un vrai régal. Le service était à la fois rapide & très chaleureux, ce qui rend l'ambiance encore plus agréable.
Un grand merci à Marinos pour son accueil & son professionnalisme - il a vraiment fait la différence!

Another fabulous meal at Petros Griffintown made even better & so wonderful by our favourite & most attentive server, Marino! The small Greek salad for two was so fresh & delicious, & our mains of Porgy & Mediterranean sea bass with fresh veg & potato side dishes, were both generous & simply superb!
Besides all the wonderful food & great service, the ambiance was as always, truly warm & romantic!
Undoubtedly, it's the best Greek food in town! Amazing quality for value. The BYOB is an added great bonus! Looking forward to our next visit ! 😁
I had heard so many great things about Petros in Griffintown that I arrived with fairly high expectations. I'm happy to say the experience not only met them - it exceeded them.
From the moment we sat down, everything about the evening felt thoughtfully executed. The cuisine is authentic Greek & Mediterranean, prepared with a refined, high-end touch. Every dish showcased remarkable freshness & balance. The appetizers were beautifully presented & full of flavor, the salad was vibrant & perfectly seasoned, & the highlight of the evening - the grilled fish - was absolutely outstanding. It was cooked to perfection & truly memorable.
Service also deserves special mention. Our waiter was knowledgeable, attentive, & gracious throughout the meal, offering thoughtful recommendations & making the entire experience feel relaxed & welcoming.
Another great advantage is that the restaurant is bring-your-own-wine, which adds a wonderful level of flexibility & enjoyment to the evening.
Petros delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. I will absolutely be returning & would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding Mediterranean cuisine in Montreal.
