Déjà que c'est ouvert les dimanches jusqu'à 10h est très satisfaisant. Les serveurs sont gentils & polis. La nourriture est excellente. Nous sommes contentes.

Greeter/Server was super rude he practically ruined the experience. Our only regret is we stayed. If I was the owner or manager I would investigate his behavior & address the impact on the business & customer experience. It is unfair for the good staff & kitchen team after all.

We found this place through an accidental detour, & it is now one of our favorite Montreal restaurants!! It's big & airy, & truly just lovely inside! Our server was excellent -- attentive but not over-bearing, efficient but did not rush us. We ordered tzaziki & saganaki for appetizers, my husband ordered the tuna dinner, & I got the shrimp saganaki appetizer as my dinner. They also present each table w a bread basket & olive oil/balsamic vinegar. The pita was soft & fresh, the tzaziki was thick & creamy, but also refreshing. The saganaki flame was tangy & crispy. My shrimp was tender & tasty. My husband's tuna was perfectly prepared, & the sides were well-seasoned.& perfectly cooked. We felt the prices were reasonable for the amount & quality of food. It is BYOB. I did not pay attention to whether or not thete was a corkage fee.

We used to go regularly to this place for years & love the food. Today we were greeted by a tall thin chap & it took him 25 min to bring the menu although every time he does the round, he circles the room, does absolutely nothing while his peer is running from table to table. When waited we waited for so long to get the menu he took back the menus & said, do you want to order or prefer to leave?!!!!

We are certain that this incompetence is a no reflection of the entire team. But one bad apple can ruin a beautiful garden.

Management is strongly advised to assess the hiring process & the disciplining of terrible attitude & behavior. They & this beautiful restaurant deserve a much better representation that this chap offers!!!

I'm a regular customer of the Sherbrooke branch in NDG & I love Petros however when service is terrible or beyond with rude & careless staff I believe that management/owners should look at hiring appropriate staff who can treat customers appropriately & in a way that meets the brand of this wonderful restaurant…

Very good place & good food! The only bad part is not having drinks menu because of'bring your own vine'. But it wouldn't affect your time spent here.

We waited for 40 min to get our main dishes & we ended up leaving without having them, just oayin for an entrée. The salad was fine (a bit too expensive but nothing out of the ordinary) & the server was kind, but I cannot say I recommend coming here, specially since other tables that came after mine were having their dishes delivered.

Had the most incredible birthday dinner here. Jamil was a wonderful server & really made the experience so enjoyable. The food was incredible, reasonably priced & portions were generous.

Service was pathetic. The guy who greets & helps with menus, orders etc was so rude. My brother & I were so sad to see such a lovely restaurant be represented by inappropriate attitude that does not fit the reputation & culture of this place. Hiring must be more selective & training is a must!

We went to this restaurant for the first time yesteday & were really impressed with the attentive service.
The food was absolutely delicious. The plates are generous (so we shared everything) & .ade with fresh ingrédients.
We will return.
