"A Cozy cafe in the Omni hotel, my husband and I enjoyed a Canadian favorite: poutine with a generous helping of cheese curds. My salmon with winter veggies was delicious and Matt liked his smoked meat sandwich. I finished my meal with the soft and pillowy chocolate fondant with fruit."
