Been a few times & the service today was just awful. First off, we had to wait at the door for 10 minutes when half the restaurant had empty seats. When we sat down, we were given a menu & water. 25 minutes later no one has come to take our order. We asked another waiter if someone can come to take our order & were told'we're busy'. As if we weren't customers who were also here to eat breakfast & asking for something out of the ordinary? We then complained to the hostess & she went to tell our waitress to come get our order. When the waitress arrived she didn't even apologize which was the most annoying part of the entire experience. Please teach your staff about etiquette. Been to many other Petino's locations & never had bad service.View more
