Pettinos use to be our favorite breakfast place but unfortunately after the way we were treated today..We won't ever be going back. We were there for less than 1 hour when they brought us the bill. We asked for a refill of coffee. We were enjoying it while the server & manager came 3x to tell us sorry we need your table as we have a reservation of 10 ppl! We were two friends catching up sitting at a two seater. After we left a good tip & paid our bill. We are paying customers & we are still shocked that this occurred to us today.

I was a regular client & left on business & I had a awesome waitress Jenn when I returned this past Saturday I learned she left what a shame she made such a difference
The staff on Saturday were young & no professionalism one of the waitress reeked of perfume. I never got a second cup of coffee until my breakfast was finished no one cared to even ask if everything was ok. I doubt I will return. I hope this service is improved.

Standard fast-food brunch place. Filtered coffee only (& Nespresso) with fake maple syrup by default.

There are better options around IMO.

Love loving it good coffee good service good tasty food good prices specially leve tot price , amazing place if you want a good breakfast that's your place

We just finish our last outdoor breakfast before the complete shutdown for montreal was so good , tell we see you again

Freshness.top- cleanliness.top-tasty.top-service.top top christy she serve us her kindness her service her talking we was served by an angel it's like our food was touched & blessed from an angel.
The welcome is amazing , the egg & potato like straight from the farm the fruit are so fresh like just picked up.
Oh my lord how we enjoy each bite .
& the coffee is the best so fresh & tasty , everything in that place is amazing from A to Z , love it it's home sweet home .
Thank you guys for everything.

Great breakfast/lunch restaurant. Portions are very good & the price is average. Food quality is fresh & delicious. Parking is limited in the strip mall. Service is quick & courteous. Very busy during peak hours & the lineup can be long! It can be difficult to get a refill of coffee

This restaurant is definitely recommended. Food is delicious, I had crepes with fruit & a side-order of sausages & all was delicious. Coffee was great, food is delicious here. I highly recommend Petinos in LaSalle.

Came on a Friday morning around 10am had a great plate of food like always however the servers did not once refill my cup of coffee, was very difficult even trying to ask for napkins as they just wouldn't even focus on the clients just swiftly walk past them. Had a good meal but the service was very poor, they even had the audacity to put 18% as the MINIMUM on their card machine. Petinos is still great however.

We have been coming since the opening & I am sad to say we have not been happy the past several times we have eaten here. The service is always on point though! The food is starting to lose it's excellent quality. The coffee which was always a fav is now like dishwater (watered down). & lastly reception has taken a beating since Mary is no longer at the helm. Bring back the "great" Petinos LaSalle a loyal & frequent customer.

Excellent customer service & delicious food! Clean, quick, no reservation required & unlimited coffee refills! The lady who greeted us was so welcoming & friendly! Food is top class & staff is exceptionally well trained! Definitely recommend!!!!

Amazing staff. Excellent service the best. Went for the early bird. The waitress this morning asked if my food was ok, offered to refill my coffee. Food great. Staff even better. Service is so much better than any other breakfast place in LaSalle or even Montreal. Been going for a couple years & I refuse to go anywhere else..all the waiters & waitresses very good, kind. Nice place. You're the best. I recommend to everyone. The girl this morning was great, gave her a good tip. They know how to treat customers right. Never had a bad experience at petinos
