One of my favorite breakfast spots in the area combines excellent service with delicious food. Their menu offers a wide variety of meals. I've visited several times, & each experience has been enjoyable. The coffee they serve is good, & the prices are average. You can look up the menu online or check the images. Unlike in the USA or EU, they ask for a minimum tip of 18%, but you can request the waiter to lower it if desired. Ultimately, the tip reflects how satisfied you are with your experience.

I am no stranger to Petinos this location but 1st time this happens to me 😏 i arrived on a semi-calm Saturday morning requested to be seated outside but was told I can't take my seat until my awaited friend arrives. I was puzzled & asked why, they said that it's the owner/manager's rules. Apparently, he doesn't want customers sitting 3hrs coz your friend arrived late so they hand you the menu & say you have (1.5hrs) which I find ridiculous. My friend was late & I stood there like an idiot for 20min waiting. I called to speak to the owner & he was determined to make me wait, I pushed & said I can respect your 1.5hrs rule but it's my problem how I use it. He agreed to finslly seat me but wasn't too happy about it & my friend showed up that same minute. I lost 30min that could've been used wisely & started my breakfast on time. Not sure if the owner has truly been abused by customers or was he just money driven to try & maximize his few hours of opening!!$&&*@!😤 I think it makes my experience as a customer unpleasant when you are timing me & punishing me for my friend latenes. In all cases, this is not good customers service & bad 4 business. The staff is polite & hardworkers but NOT going back anymore 😕

Great breakfast place. Menu with a lot of choices from sweet to salty. Service is quick & very friendly. Food came out quickly. They asked us if we wanted a coffee refill before refilling (some places refill the coffee without asking & that can be quite frustrating when you just added the right amount of milk & sugar to make it perfect)...so bonus points for that.

my friend & i got there before our other friends & they didn’t let us sit at a table. they have this policy on the weekends where you’re not allowed to sit inside if your whole group hasn’t arrived. i understand their policy & didn’t mind it until they let another group that wasn’t fully arrived sit at a table. i thought that was unfair to us because there was no one waiting in line & we got there pretty early. i ordered their mushroom omelette & it was unseasoned & bland. their potatoes were good. it was my friend’s birthday & they didn’t even sing a song for her (when we literally witnessed them doing it for someone else). we were a pretty big group. i’ve tried plenty of breakfast places & this was my first time at petinos… definitely not coming back.
