The food & service are excellent! BIG menu selection. Quality is excellent.
The only complaint is the noise level. Extremely loud place for relaxed dining. The management should invest in to sound absorbing finishing on the ceiling & walls! I measued the average sound level to be at 95 to close to 100 DB. Long term exposure
is not recommended. The loud sound is from the many clients trying to talk over each others talking plus the background music!
We absolutely liked the food & service. The coffee was also excellent!

I have been to this location several times, & we always have great service. Waitresses & waiters are very attentive & friendly. Food always comes so quickly & is delicious.
We usually come during the week, & it's still busy, but there is no wait line!
Après plusieurs heures d attente avec 2 enfants de moins de 2 ans , l hôtesse a été très désagréable en disant : vous voulez que je vous mette où sur ma tête ? Nous sommes restés après cela juste à cause des enfants qui avaient très faim. Mais le service n était pas bon

So it's my 3rd time at this location & it did not disappoint from start to Finnish the staff amazing the food was excellent 👌 order spot on & the service always attentive & always with a smile ! Portions were huge honestly the best breakfast I had in a while ! Thank you Petinos st Laurent!!!
La nourriture était bonne, mais elle est venue un peu froide car le service était lent. Mais l'expérience dans l'ensemble était belle & je vous conseille d'aller l'essayer.
Encore une belle expérience. J'ai pris le petit déjeuner'équilibré' & l'assiette était vraiment généreuse. J'adore les galettes de sarazin & la leur était à la hauteur. J'aurais probablement dû demander quoi mettre dessus car je les ai mangées sans rien & faut vraiment aimer les galettes pour aimer ça sans rien... La prochaine fois, je demanderai quoi mettre dessus...

I usually avoid giving a bad review, but this time I found it unreasonably bad customer service.
Excellent service is what I USUALLY say about this Petino's location, as I have been here dozens & dozens of times.
However, today August 25, 2024, although the restaurant was quite busy, there were some empty tables & booths for four or more people. Three pairs of people that were waiting for a table were seated side-by-side at a table for six where the 3 tables were separated by just a few inches. Unfortunately we got the middle table & there was barely enough room to move. The couples on the end tables at least had free space on the other side of them.
There was so little room for us that I had nowhere even to put my purse as there was not enough room to hang it on my chair & the floor at my feet had crumbs & food on it.
When we asked if we could please be seated somewhere else like at an empty booth that was right near us we were told that we would have to go wait in line again.
When we protested over why should we go stand in line again as we were clearly there before the other few people in line we were told that our table would go to the next people in line since we gave it up & we would end up back at the end of the line.
Again, I repeat that there were at least three empty booths for 4 & an empty table for six available.
I am not suggesting that we should be seated at a table for six, but why not give a booth for four to two people if it was empty?
We were finally seated at a small booth for two, but two of those booths for 4 stayed empty the entire time we were there.
My friend & I have gone to this Petino's multiple times, & usually the service is very good.
Not sure why today they made such an issue over a simple change in seating.
The hostess seemed to be particularly bothered by our request.
This place is the worst! The service is non existing. It is dirty & not maintained at all. The menu fell out of the jacket & was filthy. The seat cushions are deformed & very uncomfortable. After being seated on a Tuesday at 11am when there was only five tables with customers, we waited over 15 minutes & nobody even brought us a coffee or came to see us. We walked out & went somewhere else. This was the third time & the last!
