Petinos est fier de son service ultra attentionné et de la variété infinie (ou presque) de son menu. Petinos a de quoi plaire à toutes les bouches. Que vous ayez le goût de quelque chose de sucré, de quelque chose de savoureux ou d'un peu des deux, nous avons ce qu'il vous faut.
Petinos est largement salue pour une nourriture excellente et des portions genereuses, avec une ambiance chaleureuse et un service rapide et attentif meme en periode d'affluence. Le menu varie du petit dejeuner au brunch, avec des options genereuses et savoureuses comme gaufres, crepes et plats a base d'oeufs, souvent descrits comme delicieux et presents avec soin, et certains plats sont cites pour leur constance et leur fraicheur. Les visiteurs recommandent fortement de reserver car l'endroit est souvent occupe, surtout le weekend. Le personnel est majoritairement percu comme accueillant, efficace et chaleureux, mais quelques experiences negatifs mentionnent des incoherences de service ou des remarques sur le comportement de certains membres; malgre cela, la reputation globale reste favorable et les clients se sentent bien pris en charge. L'ambiance peut etre animee et bruyante en interieur, avec une petite terrasse sur le cote et des portions qui restent genereuses meme en periode d'affluence. Horrible services! Waited for 15 minutes for a table of two with a couple of empty tables. Then a group of 7 people with no reservations arrived & gets given a table for us. Horrible service, gives horrible atomsphere.

Ashleigh & Kathy were so welcoming & gracious. I have been there a few times & was super impressed with the service as well as the food.
As per usual, my meal was delivered quickly & it was delicious & the portion was generous.
Love this spot & looking forward to going again!
I recently dined at Petinos in Laval & unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. We ordered two dishes from the'Montérégie' section, which include a half waffle, eggs, meat, beans, bread, & potatoes. We requested to swap the waffle for a crepe (with a $1 upcharge) & opted out of meat & beans due to dietary restrictions.
When it came to the eggs, I chose an omelette, but the waiter did not mention any additional charges for the omelette, i asked if the omelette came with any toppings & he said it comes with 1 choice so i said ok ill do cheese i guess. I believe the waiter may have misunderstood when i asked if the omelette comes with any toppings. Because why is it when i got the bill i was charged extra for the omelette & extra for the cheese! So already 2$ extra to swap the waffles for a crepe, we asked for strawberry also inside one of the crepes another 1$, & they charged 1$ for the omelette which they never mentioned & it doesnt say in the menu what egg choice you can have with your plate, & then 3$ for the cheese in the omelette that i didnt really care for but i figured since the waiter said i can have 1 choice with the omelette i went for it. What upset me the most is even though we removed the meat which is themost expensive part of the whole plate & we removed the beans they didnt offer to replace it with any of the other choices. & on top of that i chose the banana peanut butter nutella crepe with english cream, i received just banana & nutella, when i mentioned it to the waiter after i cut through it & noticed it wasnt what i ordered he just took my plate back & he added a little drizzle if peanut butter & a but if cream instead if just changing it. I had to tell him to replace it!
So 2 plates ended up coming at 67$ &
Overall, while the food itself was okay, the unclear pricing & extra charges without explanation left a negative impression.

The food was excellent & our server provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was ruined by the manager's unprofessional behavior when we politely asked to change tables. Her tone made us feel embarrassed in front of other guests, & it was clear we weren't welcome. Because of this, we've decided not to return. We are here to enjoy a meal we are purchasing, not asking for a favor. Our money entitles us to fair service. Management may not care, but we'll take our business elsewhere - to a place where customers are valued & made to feel comfortable.

J'ai été vraiment impressionné par le service de Kathy. Elle était très attentionnée tout au long du repas & toujours souriante. Je me suis senti bien accueilli dès mon arrivée. Kathy a pris le temps de vérifier si tout allait bien & de répondre à nos questions avec patience.
Merci encore Kathy pour ton professionnalisme & ta gentillesse. Ça donne vraiment le goût de revenir !

Cela fait maintenant bien longtemps que mon mari & moi allons à ce délicieux restaurant. Tout est vraiment WOW de partout!!! Je dois admettre que notre serveuse avec qui nous avons toujours un service hors pair est exceptionnelle à nos yeux. La demoiselle aux cheveux violets :) Son service & sa personnalité incroyable est rare de nos jours. Spécialement son très beau sourire qui apporte du soleil dans notre journée. Elle est tout simplement adorable 🥰 merci de prendre soin de vos employés car ils sont précieux à nos yeux & dans nos coeurs. Bonne continuation à l'équipe petinos 👍😃
Just had a perfect breakfast, food was delicious & fresh. However, I can't say the same for the service. The waitress with purple hair really made the experience unpleasant.
It was my 3rd visit at that restaurant & it was the first time that the service was crappy. I am rating a 3 for service because the girl at the reception was great. The waitress was the rude one. Her service was awful & she had that entitled attitude when it comes to her tip. She is lucky that I wasn't the one pocking the tab, because she wouldn't have gotten any. I ordered a moccachino which wasn't warm enough for my taste. I brought it to her attention, expecting get to offer to warm it up, but she offered to bring another one. As it was taking time to get the other one & it was cold where I was sitting, I continued drinking the old one. When I saw that she had no intention of bringing another one, I asked her. She had the nerves to tell me that she didn't think the drink was cold & I had finished it anyway. I was shocked but I was gonna let it go but I decided to let her know so that she wouldn't expect a tip from me. When I told her that she was the one who offered to give me a new drink, she decided to bring it even if I told her that I didn't want it anymore. She definitely needs to reconsider her career choice. I don't get it with waitress & waitresses giving crappy services but feel entitled to tips. & not everybody is trying to make up stories to get free drinks ($6 drinks too). Tips are based on your services. You want tips, then fix your attitude!

Food is average for a breakfast place, but the place is so always crowded that it is a nuisance to eat here.
Edit: tried it again a few weeks ago, & none of the issues were resolved & instead we handed up with a snappy & unprofessional waiter who only calmed down after I stared at him for 30 seconds without saying anything. Yes, the place was crowded, but it is no reason to act this waybeith guests.
On c'est super bien fait servir & la serveuse Kathy était incroyable. Le service, la nourritures était impeccable & tout était bien propre. Merci à Kathy pour ce beau moment.
