We ordered one thing & got something we did not order. We told the waiter who told us that it WAS what we ordered, even though i told him what we wanted & pointed at the picture, (on the paper place mat, not the menu itself). Will not go back. Food was OK.
Cold service, not welcoming, take 15min to receive the bill in an empty restaurants at 15pm.

Nous sommes retournés chez Petinos après une absence de plusieurs mois - ce sera sûrement la dernière.
Nous sommes arrivée un weekend, à 8h. Pas encore assis, que la serveurse nous demande si on veut un café... ce n'est pas une course!!
Le service était froid, on aurait dit qu'elle n'avait pas le goût d'être présente ce matin. On a commandé 2 crêpes aux fruits & un café latté. On a dû lui rappeler 2 fois pour la latté & quand il est arrivé, on lui a demandé si elle a mis du café tellement il était pâle. RIEN à voir avec un café latté - c'est fait avec une machine, une capsule Nespresso & trop de lait... à 6$
Elle nous a remis la facture & heureusement, on a vérifié pour se rendre compte qu'il y avait 2 cafés facturés (au lieu d'un seul). Elle a corrigé la facture, sans excuse.
Résultat: vous venez de perdre des clients qui iront ailleurs
