What an amazing find! Our favourite brunch restaurant is Régine Cafe in Montreal & we have now found our new favourite! The service, food, decor, ambiance, just wow! We had the velvety bites with granola & mascarpone, baked beans au foie gras, omelette with pulled pork, breakfast sandwich! Loved the option to order a pitcher of mimosa! Can't wait to go back!

Had brunch at Péché Matinal & ordered the Benedictine. The portion was generous, & the smoked salmon added a pleasant, savory richness. That said, the hollandaise was a bit too heavy & looser than expected, which threw off the balance of the dish. The bread also felt rather dry, which made the overall bite less satisfying. It was certainly a filling plate, but the Benedictine could use a few refinements to really shine.

We were a group of three visiting for brunch on a Saturday. There was a long line, & we ended up waiting about 40 minutes to be seated. The place has a nice vibe, although the seating space is a bit limited with outdoor options.
The menu offers a great variety of options. I ordered the gravlax on a St-Viateur bagel which was a little hard but decent overall. I did find the prices to be on the higher side compared to the food quality.
The restaurant is in a great location near a park, which adds to the experience. Overall, I enjoyed my visit & would come back to try some of the other items on the menu.

Toujours un plaisir de venir déjeuner ici. Probablement mon brunch préféré de la rive sud.

Les lattes sont bons, tous les brunchs sont délicieux, & le service est rapide & attentionné.

Best breakfast place on the south shore. Don't go there expecting bacon & eggs. It ain't cheap (15 to 25$) but worth the time it takes to get there & the usual lineup. My fav is the omelette costaude with lotsa meat. Their prices very already on the upper end of brunch prepandemic so they were not as impacted.
