Located on the Casino's 5th floor, Pavillon 67 is the perfect meeting point for epicureans to savor a variety of foods prepared with care and the very best ingredients. A moment of tasty and colorful pleasure where abundance, quality and freshness are on the menu. For the more nostalgic among us, room designs give a special tip of the hat to Expo 67. A truly fresh experience.
Overall, reviews describe Pavillon 67, buffet gourmand as a buffet with moments of high quality and a wide variety of dishes, especially at brunch, and several visits highlight good value and attentive service when seated, along with appealing desserts and a nice ambiance or view. However, many comments point to changes in recent months that reduced variety, left some hot dishes tepid or inconsistent, removed popular seafood and carving stations, and increased prices, leading to longer lines and crowds on weekends; the experience can feel disjointed or rushed and opinions on whether to return vary, though some diners still praise the staff and overall quality when things go well.
Been several times for dinner, & every time was disappointed, for the price $60+ per person, uninteresting choices, undercooked,& many items like meat were overcooked & dry, many items not fresh, many similar items(salmon), desserts were 100% sugar & terrible selection, hardly no fruit, definitely not healthy. This last time April 2026 got food poisoning... will not be back.
Some advice, eat somewhere else before going to the Casino.

The place was very nice, the service excellent, but I must admit the food was rather disappointing. The rice was undercooked & crunchy, the salmon was dry & overcooked, & the desserts were very very sweet (big thanks for offering strawberries, as they were the only thing that was not too sweet)
The tuna tataki was delicious, but that would be hard to over or undercook.
For the price, the ingredients seem fine, I just wish the desserts were lighter & the rice/fish better cooked. The buffet options are a bit limited, so I would expect the few options to be prepared perfectly.
Service was great, we were greeted the moment we stepped into the line of people with reservation & shortly after, we were called & guided to our table. The waiters service was friendly & not over the top.
The food has a lot to be desired. All the meat tasted the same - as in bland, under seasoned, dry & chewy. I couldn't differentiate the lamb from the beef or the duck. The chicken skewers were extremely dry as well as the beef tenderloin. The pasta in the Italian kitchen was very watery & the mac & cheese was lacking flavor & cheese. The Chinese pan seared dumplings looks like t hey were deep fried in dirty oil with all the black specs on it.
I expected a lot more for a evening diner because the last time I went for a regular Thursday dinner, the food was a lot more appetizing. All the desserts were either dry - especially the carrot cake, or moist when they shouldn't be - like the cannoli.
The food wasn't worth the 58$, maybe 20$ but the ambiance was nice.
Very good experience, definitely recommend! 👌 Good portion size, lots of choice of amazing desserts & pretty much everything else. The soup was delicious & the coffee as well. Will definitely come back!

Inacceptable!
Since the beginning, they were very organized with all the bookings. Then after, the buffet was full with many different options, some of them were changed during the service giving the opportunity to try even more food. The service was flawless, the server took so much care of us, he was always aware of everything & the cherry on top, as soon as he knew it was one of the parties' birthday, he came with a little candle & sang for her. Unforgivable!
I've been to Pavilion 67 a few times in the past & always had a great experience, so I was looking forward to coming back after about a year or two.
This time, the experience started off a bit disappointing. We had a reservation & arrived on time, but ended up waiting in the reservation line for about 10 minutes while several groups behind us were called ahead. It turns out that someone at the entrance was supposed to take our name to mark our arrival, but no one informed us. We were basically standing there waiting without being acknowledged, which felt frustrating-especially considering that reservations are time-sensitive & can be canceled if you're late.
Once seated, things improved significantly. Our server was excellent-very professional & attentive-& took the time to explain the latest changes to the buffet. The food was also very good overall. I didn't try everything, but what I did have was easily in the 8-9/10 range.
The other downside is how crowded it gets, especially on a Saturday night. The buffet lines were quite long, & it felt like the number of seats compared to the buffet stations might not be well balanced. For a restaurant at this price point, spending a lot of time waiting in line for food takes away from the experience.
Overall, I still recommend Pavilion 67 for the quality of the food & service once you're seated. Just make sure to arrive early, confirm your check-in, & consider avoiding peak times like weekends or event nights for a better experience.
I had supper on Saturday, April 28, & I would like to share some feedback about my experience at the beef counter.
When I arrived, I was standing alone for about 30 seconds or more but the staff member did not acknowledge me or make eye contact. He continued cutting & cleaning before attending to me.
When I requested a piece of beef for grilling, the portion given was very small. I had to ask for a larger piece, similar to a standard steak. I was also not asked how I would like it cooked.
After a few minutes, I mentioned that I preferred it medium rare. The staff member briefly flipped the beef but then stepped away to attend to other tasks. I had to call him back to prevent overcooking, but unfortunately, the beef was cooked beyond medium.
Additionally, the staff member appeared unfriendly & did not smile. I believe that in a dining environment, attentive & courteous service is very important. Customers are not asking for favors, but simply expecting a reasonable level of service.

C'était notre première fois & On a bien aimé.
Merci!
Mediocre overall. Not quite what I expected based on the reviews & the website.
To be fair, it's not a bad buffet-but it doesn't rise above the baseline either. The layout is oddly organized, with sections that feel disconnected. The Italian station, for example, was tucked away & surprisingly difficult to find.
The salad bar was underwhelming-just a few basic greens & cherry tomatoes. The advertised sushi station was nowhere to be found, & the Asian dishes lacked flavor. On the positive side, the charcuterie & cheese selection was solid, & the Italian dishes we did find were tasty, though limited in variety. We even saw pizza ovens in use, but no pizza ever made it to the serving area.
Dessert was the highlight-easily one of the better buffet dessert selections I've come across.
Service was friendly & quick, but not particularly attentive to details. Cocktails, unfortunately, were awful.
