We were hyped about the place as we heard good things about the first downtown location. We were brought down to earth very quick: the burgers were overpriced for what they were (10$+ for one) & they looked way smaller than on the photos. We took the crunchedelic & psychopatty & they were both not great & small. My wife doesn't eat that much & she still felt hungry after that. We even got a side of fries & the fries weren't great. Very skinny julienne & nothing special to them. The place though was nice, the screens made it convenient to order & restrooms were clean. But the food was lacking for the price we paid. 47$ for 2 burgers & fries.

I stopped by Patty Slaps at Royalmount & it absolutely delivered. The burger was fresh, juicy, & packed with flavor, served on a soft, glossy bun with crisp lettuce & all the right toppings. The loaded fries were next-level-generous portions of tender beef, perfectly cooked fries, & a rich, creamy sauce drizzled on top that tied everything together.
To wash it down, I grabbed a classic glass bottle Coke, which was the perfect finishing touch. The presentation was clean, the portions were satisfying, & every bite lived up to the hype.
If you're visiting Royalmount & craving a quality burger & loaded fries, Patty Slaps is a must-try. Great food, great flavors, & definitely worth a repeat visit. Highly recommended!
I was so looking forward to going to Patty Slaps for my first time since they've moved closer to the west island at the royal mount, unfortunately I was disappointed in the experience. I went with my son. I've been following them on Instagram now for 2 years. I had there new bacon blaze burger & poutine but they had no fountain beverage available. My burger came as if it was in a microwave & no aioli sauce & very little of everything. It had 2 slices of what looked like kraft sliced cheese. My poutine was a nice portion but it was as if they gave me have cold fries & toped it off with fresh fries. It was a cold bite then warm bite. My son burger was the crunch & deli but there was no crunch & no aioli eithe
New location, same delicious burgers. The restaurant is big & luminous. Love the mix of industrial concrete & nature in the decor. The burgers are fresh & flavorful. I don't like condiments in my burgers but their sauces are well balanced & nicely proportionate so they really add a plus. Always love the shoestring fries & the poutine, the gravy has a kick. The service was very fast, they served it to us but you can follow the prep in real time & get a notification when it's ready!
I've known this burger joint for quite a while, so I was excited to visit their new location. The burgers are just as delicious, & the friendly service remains the same. The new space is beautiful, modern, & very family-friendly.
Its location in the mall makes it a great stop not only for shoppers but also for anyone looking for a great meal. It's wonderful to see them grow while maintaining the quality that made them special. Highly recommended!
Such a good spot. The fries were crispy. I had the Crunch-a-delic & the fried onions in the burger were so good & added the perfect crunch. Also, I'm usually not a poutine person at all, but I genuinely liked their poutine. The place itself is really spacious & has a modern vibe that fits perfectly with Royalmount. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area.
