"Overall it's good, but I was disappointed several times. On the first day of Ramadan, I bought Osmanlyeh and discovered that it was burned during cooking and they tried to hide it with an extra layer of vermicelli (Ch3iriyeh). In the past, I made some improvement comments but the workers did not show any interest or value for customer feedback."
