Interesting flavour combos that don't always work. Some flavours don't really match & feel like they are completely separate. The chamomile cake also has a somewhat gummy texture.

the mtl pastry scene is pretty good in general, but tbh this place is in a league of its own

if you come when they open, the croissants & chocolatines are fresh out of the oven & it's literally the best thing im obsessedddd

the cannelés are also incredible!!!! you can tell they're fresh
