Très belle découverte ! L'ambiance est chaleureuse avec un décor arabesque magnifique qui nous transporte directement au Moyen-Orient. Le lieu est propre, accueillant & parfait pour se détendre autour d'un bon café.
I visited Mahrouse this morning & was pleasantly surprised by their impressive management system. Despite the holiday rush & how busy it was, the team handled everything with remarkable professionalism & efficiency. Their commitment to customer service truly stood out. Much respect to the entire team for their hard work & dedication.

Une excellente expérience ! Les pâtisseries sont délicieuses, & le service fait toute la différence. Mention speciale à Roxana qui est à l'écoute, toujours souriante & de très bon conseil! Elle prend le temps de vous orienter selon vos envies, ce qui rend chaque visite encore plus agréable.. Je suis devenue une cliente fidèle grâce à son professionnalisme❤?
Very disappointing experience. I waited about 30 minutes with no service when there was 3 people. When I gently mentioned that I had already been waiting, the staff member told me I had to go wait in a back new line & then left me there. I asked another employee for help & was told'too bad, you have to go wait in line,' even though there was no line when I arrived. This felt very dismissive & unprofessional. The service & organization need serious improvement. I left not served & im not coming back. I use to love this place soo sad!
Came today arount 4pm. It was complete chaos. No line, no numbers. I waited 20 min before being served. Every customer coming in after me would cut me & be served before me. No manners. The more aggressive & assertive the quicker the service. As a worker finally approached me & started talking to me, an older gentleman cut me off while I was telling her what I wanted & she went on to serving him instead. Got fed up & confronted her for serving everyone else but me. When doing customer service its important to keep an eye on who you see behind the counter first. Many other customers take advantage of your lack of awareness which causes an unpleasant experience for others.
