I ordered a confetti cake for my daughter's birthday & received a vanilla cake with sprinkles tossed overlike a decoration. Everyone was disappointed as we we're all expecting a birthday cake with confetti inside the cake itself. She cried a little & let me tell you, if you would have been still opened after the cake was reveiled at the restaurant I would have came back for a reimbursement & then some! The birthday is now passed so there is no chance to makeup for it so you should also apologize to her too. She has been wanting that cake for six months! I am so angry.
Tellement gentils & compétents! J'ai acheté un gâteau à une autre pâtisserie & le dessus était complètement gâchée. J'ai appelé ici & ils m'ont prit tout de suite & ont réglé le problème en refaisant la crème au beurre & l'écriture. Je recommande & je reviendrai c'est certain :)
I purchased today a croissant & a baguette. They will be the last ones purchased here unless they do something to improve their products.. They used to be good but probably they were made by an other baker. My opinion is the owner will make more money by sending the actual one to a bread & croissant making course. For now, the croissant is heavy, not leavened enough & burned in the oven. The baguette, as depicted in this picture, heavy, substandard, not really a good one. It needs more leavening.
Added on 2024-01-01: Few years ago I made a very good review when they still made excellent croissants, breaks, & patries. I return at the end of this year & everything is change. The baguette is no more light & crispy, instead it is heavy & taste like 2 days old. The cake is very sugary & full of heavy frosting which consists mostly what I don't know, while before it was made with heavenly light butter. It also tastes like having been frozen many times.
I now prefer to go to Première Moisson, Adonis, ou Boulangerie Ange.
Je suis allé à la patisserie dernièrement & wow! Le propriétaire & les employées étaient très sympathique. Les produits que nous avons reçu étaient excellent. J'ai lu plusieurs commentaires pour les comparaisons de produits avec les autres patisseries & je me suis dit:' tant mieux, ils se démarquent des autres. C'est donc positif' J'ai gouté la tarte au pommes & elle était délicieuse. Comme nul part ailleurs. On va se revoir assurément.
Definitely our favourite bakery. They have been around for 20+ years & always same quality.
Best cakes in my opinion: Strawberry Shortcake (hands down the best one I've ever had) & the Empereur.
Great service & staff, along with awesome pastries make this a must go to in Brossard

Produits délicieux. J'ai beaucoup aime? les pains.
Par contre, je ne me suis pas senti bien accueilli par la jeune fille au comptoir. Malheureusement, je l'ai trouve? de mauvaise humeur & je suis ressortie avec un malaise & une impression d'inconfort.
Dommage.
