Well its a year later - the business got sold like the old owner mentioned - we got our wedding cake there. It was amazing- we got it at Pâtisserie Boulangerie Vimont because of the review I gave below last year. It was all five stars - now its a hard 3. Now there are new owners & as it always happens they change things that were awesome (because they all think they can do better- its a sickness) - not realizing that may have been the reason they bought the business. Now the lobster tails are totally changed & they also seem to change each week, one week its loaded with eclair cream, then its almost like it used to be but not quite, then its half the regular size. it was the top lobstertail in Greater Montreal - why screw with greatness. The Cannoli are not a great ( they were ) - the shells are soggy, so I will have to go back to getting them at Milanos. Good Pastries lead to extra sales - don't mess with the winners. I would never get my wedding cake here if I was getting married this year instead. Business is not complicated - just use your logic instead of playing the cheap game that always comes back to bite. ---------------------------- Its Thursday morning the pastry shelves are mostly empty - like they are going out of business. We get to buy almost everything we needed, not everything but.... What we got was amazing! I reiterate THE BEST CANNOLI & THE BEST LOBSTER TAILS in Laval. But I still had to take a shot at the inadequate amount of inventory for a Thursday morning. It could become a concern, like if someone had an urge for a custard milles feuilles.
Just wanted to thank the new admin for my son's black forest cake. My picky eater doesn't like the cherry pieces in the cake, but likes the jelly... & you guys did a fantastic job at keeping the cherry pieces to an ultra minimum lol. Thanks again! If you ever need quick lunch or supper for those soccer practice days, this is the place to go! Try the breakfast pizza ;)
Patisserie Vimont is hands down my favourite bakery, my go-to for cakes, pizzas, coldcuts, bread, pastries & catering. They really surpassed my expectations. 🩷 Laura & her team are absolutely incredible, not only they are professional & welcoming but their products are fresh, high quality & delicious. Patisserie Vimont really made my vision come to life. Georgia was the one who served me & she is amazing! Thank you for excellent service & products! PS. Patisserie Vimont has the BEST zeppole! 😌 & The BEST pepperonata!
Ma pâtisserie locale préférée. Leur cannoli sont vraiment délicieux - Ma pâtisserie préférée de tout ce qu'ils font. les gâteaux avec des mousses sont pas mal non plus. Très bon service, personnel gentil, détendu & sympathique qui connaissent & reconnaissent leur client - le changement de propriétaire depuis quelques mois a complètement changer les choses (positivement) sur ce dernier point.

The new owner has made great changes in her products & quality. Patisserie Vimont has won me over from the competitors. Her cakes are delisheously fresh finger licking good, Her pastries the same very tasty creams no immitation there. Congratulations in achieving my 5 star approval. Excellente pâtisserie, les Éclaires aux chocolats, le gâteau noisettes, la pizza au tomate & les charcuteries sont exceptionnels. L'endroit est bien aménagé. Le personnel acceuillant & gentil. Le zeppole un vrai régal 👌
What a beautiful place. Absolutely delicious & amazing staff. Pâtisserie Vimont made me the most delicious birthday cake ever. Family & friends loved it too. Definitely recommend this place you won't be disappointed.
We ordered a cake awhile back... cake was frozen & stale. We made a complaint & they gave us a credit. Today we used our credit & got pastries. The cannolis were very good but the custard in the mille feuille was awful.
