Fantastic administration! I recently ordered some catering for a big birthday party from Pâtisserie Vimont, the food & the cake (their specialty) was absolutely delectable!!. Meilleur pâtisserie! Nous avons initialement trouvé la pâtisserie pour notre gâteau de mariage, nous y retournons maintenant régulièrement pour toute sorte de pâtisseries. Laura a été super pour nous recommander des saveurs pour notre gâteaux & des design qui étaient compatibles avec la saveurs souhaités. Les invités ont adorés le gâteau & en parle encore! I know they have many products that are well made. But yesterday I left with a box of their custom Christmas cake & cupcakes, although it looked gorgeous, taste wise it was so underwhelming. Such an overly sweet buttercream & sponge itself not great at all. Maybe you guys could try Italian buttercream? So disappointed for 75$.

The cannolis are excellent. My only suggestion is to make sure that the filling is properly piped. Three out of the four were missing filling in the middle.
