Nous avons commandé le gâteau pour une fête de 50 ans & le résultat était tout simplement magnifique ! 🤩 En plus d'être superbe visuellement, il était absolument délicieux. Tous les invités l'ont adoré & plusieurs nous ont demandé d'où il venait.

Tout y est bon. Impossible de s'y tromper. Le pain, les patisseries, le chocolat. Tellement heureux de retrouver cet endroit sur Masson. Ils auront bientôt un petit coin pour manger sur place. On adore.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The staff was friendly & the ordering process was quick & easy. The food was delicious & the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will come back again to try more things from the menu. It is a great place for anyone looking for a nice & easy meal out.

While the pastries were delicious, the service was disappointing. A young female staff member twice insisted they didn't carry items that were clearly listed on the website & visible in-store, resulting in a frustrating & incorrect customer experience.

Bonjour, J'ai récupéré, dimanche 22 mars, un gâteau commandé en ligne une semaine plus tôt. La personne qui m'a servi, n'a pas pris la peine de me montrer le gâteau avant de le sceller avec un ruban. De plus, j'ai eu la surprise de découvrir en arrivant chez moi, l'inscription OUTREMONT MENDIANTS sur la boîte. Je me suis demandée si le gâteau était passé date. En tous cas, ces 2 événements ne font surtout pas une expérience agréable. J'ai signalé le problème par téléphone à cette même personne qui est plutôt très détachée d'un bon service à la clientèle. À corriger au plus vite, s'il vous plaît.
