Meilleur poutine au Québec! Je n'ai jamais trouvé une place qui la fait à la perfection, autre que Pataphil. Je suis extrêmement rigoureux sur la poutine; elle doit contenir du fromage en grain qui garde sa consistance sans fondre & qui fait le fameux squick, la sauce doit être une vrai bonne sauce brune de poutine, & les frites doivent rester molle sans résulter en bouette. Pataphil produit avec excellence la meilleure poutine, point final.

J'y suis allée il y a deux semaines, la poutine régulière est excellente! La sauce est gravy, onctueuse & très goûteuse! Les frites ont une cuisson parfaite & le fromage St-Guillaume, délicieux! Le service pour emporter était très rapide & le personnel, courtois & souriant. Définitivement la meilleure poutine que j'ai mangé jusqu'à maintenant! 🤭
