Pour des produits d'une qualité exceptionnelle à un prix à peine supérieur que les grandes chaînes. J'ai essayé les raviolis au boeuf braisé sauce tomate, succulent! Mais que dire des raviolis ricotta & citron….absolument délicieux. À visiter!

Tout simplement DÉLICIEUX!
La cuisine italienne dans le respect des produits.

Je trouve très élégant de voir cette boutique établie à Ville-Émard, sachant que ce quartier a été une terre d'accueil pour de nombreuses familles italiennes au début & au milieu du 20e siècle.

This store is just AMAZING!!!
Products are just so delicious!
Owners are so friendly!

So i bought few stuffs this store & made a dinner for myself!! ( definitely much better than going to restaurant)

Agnolotti:
Cut 8 cherry tomatoes , cooked on a fry pan on high temperature, add some cooking water, add a big spoon of pasta amalfi home made bomba sauce & finish with touch of butter!
Cooked agnolotti until it floated & finished with touch of butter as well!
Plating: sauce on the bottom, agnolotti with some olives & olive oil & parmesan!

Arancini:
Just follow the recipe that is written & done!

Foods are so fresh! Tasty!!
