Nous avons pris les bâtonnets de fromage . L'intérieur était dure , le fromage non cuit & l'extérieur trop croustillant . Nous avions déjà pris cette entrée qui était excellente . Très déçues cette fois . Pour le reste , parfait .

Pasta & Vino est un resto que je connais bien & que je fréquente toujours avec anticipations. J'étais avec une amie pour le premier service du samedi soir. Tout de suite j'ai remarqué que le gérant n'était pas présent & on m'a confirmé qu'il était absent pour cause de maladie.
Les jeunes serveurs étaient très empressés de nous servirent même un peu trop, on s'est sentis poussées à terminer même si personne n'attendait pour entrer.
Pour ce qui est du repas. Le calamars frits maison à $18.25 était très bon avec une belle présentation. Le plat principal , veau Sorrentino qui était décrit comme veau avec champignon portebello en sauce rosée avec ail & brandy & servi avec légumes & pasta était bon mais la sauce était plutôt une sauce brune assez salée ou il n'y avait pas trop de champignons & pas de fumée de brandy pour un prix de $35.95 la portion deç9h
