Got there early saturday morning. The staff was very friendly. She sprinkled some zaatar on the manakeesh cheese which made it absolutely special & delicious! My go-to at the yul airport from now on

Best food & cleanliness for an airport restaurant. Loved the freshness & quality of the ingredients. But the service is what makes it outstanding specially Elham who prepares the meal with a smile & care.
This is the only place I eat at when I am at YUL airport. Staff are amazing especially Elham & Hassan. They provide amazing service & they all deserve a raise! I love how authentic the food actually tastes it's great & always a generous portion but what makes me return is definitely the staff!
Ehab is easily the best! He took care of us with great portions & the food he prepared is simply excellent!!! If you see Egab preparing your shawarma, know that you're having a high quality plate!!! Thank you again for this wonderful experience at the YUL airport!!
We had a great experience with our server Ehab & he made me the best falafel sandwich I ate in a long time. Also the beef shawarma plater was delicious. Highly recommend Parmount YUL if you have some time in the airport.

I've eaten here more times than I can count & never had a bad experience. The food is fantastic for the airport. Staff is always pleasant, & portions are large. Highly recommend.
Look forward to this each time I pass through Trudeau. The food is always excellent & probably even worth the airport prices. It's located in a very busy part of the airport which is unfortunate.
Top notch for an airport restaurant! You can get a very reasonably priced meal here by making your own selection of vegetables, kofta, rice & sauces. It came to $11 which is unheard of nowadays.
For fast food at an airport, it was delicious & healthy, kitchen looks clean, the staff very friendly. This is the best airport eating experience I've had in years.
Atmosphere is good - lots of tables available for different sizes of group, soft Arabic music in the background.
