"Came here with friend. Staff were friendly and the restaurant is cute. Food was decent and some were actually good. but one person is $50, after tax it's around 65-70 per person. To me with $70 I have many different options and probably doesn't need to pay this much to get good food. I never experienced high tea so it's a good experience to me, but..."
