Service was very good, part of food was very good & some not so great for the price. Lamb chops were overcooked, as well the grilled octopus. We were expecting to be more on the juicy side . Finding prices high for the type of restaurant where you eat on paper, instead tablecloth. Overall good, but could be better.
Thank you,
Roxanne
Very comfy settings & excellent Greek cuisine. Our go to is the souvlaki & then we split the grilled octopus, which is delicious & more than enough for two people as it comes with a salad & potatoes (also really nice flavours) when combined with the souvlaki. Very happy with the food & excellent service!
Panama is our favorite Greek restaurant in Montreal. The octopus was perfectly grilled & tasty & the large chicken plate was excellent. The large Greek salad was pricey at $25 but the feta cheese portion was generous. The lemon potatoes were delicious. Great food but not for the budget concious.
Although we all found it a little on the pricey side, we were 6 ladies who really enjoyed our food (salmon, loukaniko, chicken/pork, octopus). The portion sizes are really good.
If you are true carnivores like the four of us were, then you will be order the large Mixed Grilled Meat platter (lamb, chicken, pork, & loukaniko sausages)! Add to that some grilled vegetables, oven potatoes, & not to forget my favourite, some grilled octopus! We thoroughly enjoyed our feast! Our waiter, Gus, spoiled us with the generous portions of loukoumades & we actually could not finish off the last piece! My out-of-town siblings we so happy with our choice of restaurant!

This restaurant had been on my wish list but disappointingly the meal was awful. We had the over-cooked Calamari, which is served without any sauce while they suggest you buy the tzatziki as a dip; we also had a bland, meagre Grilled Octopus followed by the most tasteless, peculiarly butchered, skinny lamb chops which were shaped like short, very thick-cut bacon slices. We also had the Baked Lamb, which didn’t look “baked” at all but was colourless & limp as though it had been boiled & it actually tasted “boiled”: So overcooked, soft, limp & bland that the meat was unidentifiable as lamb - no aroma, no flavour at all; like it had been boiled in plain water without any seasonings - just awful. The main courses were served with basic white rice, boiled potatoes & a salad that I don' remember. The service was acceptable. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.
