Panama Rotisserie is described as a warm, reliable spot with generous portions and attentive service, offering a diverse Greek and Mediterranean menu that includes fried calamari, lamb, grilled chicken, eggplant and zucchini appetizers, and a yogurt and honey dessert. Reviewers highlight flavorful dishes, a friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere that suits casual meals, family gatherings, or special occasions, along with good wine options and reliable catering that arrives well packed and on time. While a few guests felt value varied with portion size and price, the overall impression remains positive, with plans to return and recommendations for those seeking a lively, well rounded dining experience.
We were spoiled! A friend had made the reservation for us & we were warmly greeted by John one of the owners. Excellent food, incredible service from Peter & his support staff. I wished we had discovered this authentic Greek food restaurant several years ago. We are only 20 km away & we will definitely put this delightful resto in the rotation.
We were 3 for a special occasion & ordered a nice white Helios wine. We started with fried calamari with spicy mayo along with dinner sized toasts. Followed by fried zucchini, then fried shrimp & grilled veggies, then Mediterranean bass with capers & of course potatoes. The finale was an amazingly good & visually pleasing dessert of yogurt & honey with mini puff pastry balls that John showed my wife how they should be eaten. The cappuccino was perfect!
We already have plans to eat there when guests from out of town want a special experience.
They get all the stars plus extras!,
Oh yes, our visit was Friday Feb 20/26
Try it, you will like it,

We can't believe we waited so long to try this restaurant. The meal was delicious & generously portioned. The staff was knowledgeable & extremely attentive. We went on Saturday night so we were able to try the lamb meals. Everyone loved them. The eggplant & zucchini appetizer was fabulous. We will definitely be back soon.
My Go-To Greek restaurant & psarotaverna in Montreal. A diversity of food & wines to please all. The decor is beautiful. Great staff & service. In warmer weather, there is an outside patio as well. Must visit. Affordable as well.
Ordered for a backyard home party of 20 people
Chicken & Pork sticks, oven potatoes, rice , tzatziki, bread , green Greek salad (psilokomeni)
Everything was amazing
Strongly recommend if you are throwing a party & want to cater go to Panama.
The order was correct & on time & the food was delicious
Well packed in aluminum trays.
All guests were extremely happy with the food.
This has been a family go-to restaurant for many years. We used to come here for special birthdays & family gatherings, including bringing out of town guests to experience the food.
We specifically returned for dinner because of the grilled chicken!
Insisted hubby take me despite the rush hour traffic. (We were staying in Laval)
When we arrived, we were warmly greeted & offered water.
Server was friendly & personable. He took the time to make us feel welcomed & it was like old times.
We told him we moved out of town & made a point to return.
Food was great & portions were generous. Extra lemon wedges were provided without even asking. Such a nice touch!
The service was excellent. We came as a large party (42 we called ahead). The atmosphere was pleasant & conducive to our group - interestingly enough we weren't that noisy, so we didnt disturb the other patrons. The owner oversaw our large order & i didnt hear a complaint. Appetizers, main dishes & dessert all finely prepared & presented.
Thank you to Louie.
I went to this Greek restaurant last week with my friends to celebrate a birthday. The food was excellent-really tasty & well-prepared. The waiter was great, very attentive, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. We had a lovely time overall. That said, I do feel the prices are quite high for the portion sizes we received. While the quality is there, the quantity doesn't quite match the cost.

I visited with a friend for a late lunch/early dinner, & we were famished from our day's activities. While trying to decide what to order, the warm & attentive waitress brought us water, toast, butter, & lemon wedges. I wasn't sure about the lemon wedges, but the toast & water were a nice welcome.
We ended up ordering the fried calamari & two chicken brochette combos each. With tax & tip, the total came to about $120-$130 for two people.
The calamari was amazingly bland (yay for the lemon wedges!). Also sauceless-was that normal? I checked reviews & sure enough, photos showed calamari without any sauce. No cocktail sauce, no aioli, nothing. Maybe it's just me, my friend, & a lot of other people I've asked, but isn't a dipping sauce standard?
Next up, the chicken brochette combo. Not horrible, but what exactly was so'Greek grill' about it? The chicken was nearly white with a little pink, so it was juicy, but-where was the tzatziki? Isn't that a normal addition? The rice was forgettable, the potato was surprisingly fun to eat, & the salad-no feta.
All in all, disappointing. I had heard high praise for this place back in the day, but my friend & I quickly lost our appetites. Surprisingly, the kind yet unconcerned waitress didn't ask if anything was wrong-call me crazy, but that feels like a sign of habit. She just boxed everything up (expertly, I might add), & we ended up enjoying it later that night-with some Heinz seafood cocktail sauce & Kraft chicken BBQ sauce.
Bouffe excellente & service vraiment superbe. Ambiance est bonne mais très bruillant. Si vous aimez la bouffe Grecque puis habitez le West Island, ça vaut la peine de l'essayer.
