So the service that I got tonight was completely unbelievable. I've been in Nightlife for many years, but this woman Laurence that serve tonight at Palma was at the other level. It is the first time that I took 50%. I can't believe this guys you have no idea it's time for you guys to live Palma

Question de pourboire les serveurs(e) devraient être plus respectueux & polis envers leurs clients.Accepter le pourboire offert & ne pas trop argumenter. Le client a toujours raison même s'il n'a pas raison.

It was my second time at Palma*. I really love the place is beautiful, the vibe is so nice, I love the music. We came for drinks & had the Short ribs Udon which was so tasty & compared to what I thought seeing the plate the portion was okay once eaten, wouldn't mind some more noodles tho haha.
I asked for an espresso martini but with a Irish cream like liqueur & it was perfect !
Great place & very nice staff !

Nous avions de haute attente car on avait entendu parlé en bien. Par contre, nous avons été déçu. Serveuse absente, ce qui a donné un service long. Les services de boissons ne concordaient pas avec les services de nourriture. Le service est bas de gamme, on s'attendait à un degré supérieur. La nourriture était bonne mais sans plus.
