Les seules choses positives sont le service & le bar a pain. En effet, notre serveur était super vraiment un service professionnel hors pair. Cela dit, la nourriture en soi oufffff. Rien n'était assaisonné absolument aucun goût. De plus, les boulettes étaient indéniablement faites de façon industrielle & je suspecte qu'elles sont congelé, la texture est questionable. Les drinks étaient correctes mais les pâtes vraiment décevant. J'estime qu'il y a de bien meilleurs restaurants & les prix au pacini sont bien trop élevés par rapport à la nourriture qui est de piètre qualité.
Food poisoning, spaghetti bolognese without beef, mid tartare with a 16$ up charge for a small side of fries, chewy steak, & a server that gave himself extra tips on top of completely changing his attitude because he was unsatisfied (mind you the bill was expensive, so the tips were already high)

The pasta was good 7.5/10. The service was a bit slow after the meals. Great place for family or big groups. They have beard station which is nice to get freshly toasted bread.
First time going to Pacini's & I gotta say I'm impressed overall.
From start to finish, we had excellent service & the food/drinks were perfect, only complaint I would say is the pasta was a little dry. Everything on the menu is well organized & appealing, & surprisingly informative to our tastes. They give vegan, keto & halal options which is quite nice for them to go out of the way.
The instant bread bar to start off was a welcomed surprise. We ordered a prosciutto pizza, a plate of linguine alfredo with added chicken breast, & a plate of steak with sea salt from Sicily. Everything was rich & flavorful down to the last bite.
I ordered a fried calamari was was hard & dried, the salmon dried & no taste , the lasagna dried & very salty. The service is super fast we are not even having time to go the bread station & our appetizers, main course come at the same time no time to enjoy our food. The menus is very pricey for this type of restaurant.

Le classique bar à pain reste indetronable heureusement, avec un menu si vaste & alléchant les portions vous laisseront sur votre faim, alors profitez du bar à pain. le service & le repas fut excellent. Bon retour Pacini & bonne continuité 💫
The food was okay, but the tables are too close together. The waiters need more training. Since the restaurant is only a few months old, I'll give it another try.
Pacini n'a RIEN à voir avec la vraie cuisine italienne. On était quatre (4) au souper. C'est du beau, du gros BOF! & du sans savoir-faire... à prix exhorbitants. Aucun de nous n'a été satisfait. Pâtes surcuites dans des sauces diluées, l'escaloppe de veau servie dure comme une botte ($$$) & le saumon grillé sec sec. Du moins, l'eau & le bar à pain était bon ! L'ambiance & le service était apprécié. Plus JAMAIS !
Réponse au proprio : Même s'il y avait de la qualité de nourriture chez Pacini, l'important c'est de savoir COMMENT bien l'apprêter. Malgré la meilleur pièce de viande, de saumon, etc, ça ne vaut rien si vos Chefs ne savent pas cuisiner... ce qui semble être le cas au Pacini. Je n'y retournerai pas même on m'offrait un repas gratuitement !
Lundi 15 décembre dernier vers 17h15. 3 filles banquette près du bar. Serveur rouquin vraiment sympathique & très agréable. Nous avons eu un très bonne expérience. Comme dit au serveur pour rapporter mes linguines,'j'en ai jusqu'au mois de mars'. Finalement finies aujourd'hui 🤣
