Pacini est perçu comme une option familiale fiable avec un bar à pain apprécié et des plats principaux tels que pâtes et pizza souvent bien reçus, certains passages mettant en avant un service attentif et une ambiance agréable, mais les expériences varient avec des services incohérents, des plats oubliés ou retardés, de longs délais et des tarifs élevés par rapport à la qualité, et quelques plats décrits comme trop salés ou ordinaires pour le prix; des commentaires positifs évoquent aussi des options sans gluten et une attention à la contamination ainsi qu'une expérience adaptée pour les enfants, même si certains trouvent l'endroit bruyant et les portions modestes.
Tres déçu de la qualité on a commencer la pizza avec des frittes on a plus tôt reçu quelque fritte avec un tas onion frit pizza médium pour le prix je ne retourne plus

Merci pour la belle soirée. Service courtois, rapide. Tout était succulent, chaud. Les portions étaient parfaites. Ambiance festive & plein de sourires & de rires autour. Merci encore.
La bouffe était froide, la propreté laisse à désirer. Compte tenu que j'ai visité plusieurs Pacini, celui-ci m'a particulièrement déçu. Par contre, notre serveuse a fait un excellent travail.
Honestly my favourite restaurant the food is amazing. It's a nice place but not too expensive & so it gives the feeling of luxury without hurting your wallet.

Je trouve que cette chaine de restaurants (comme bien d'autres) a dépérie depuis la pandémie. La qualité de la nourriture a baissé, & les prix ont monté. Ça peux être un restaurant intéressant pour une sortie avec des enfants, en général ceux-ci adorent le bar à pain qui distingue Pacini de la compétition. Mais pour une sortie entre adultes, je choisirai un autre endroit.
Nous avons attendu très longtemps pour enfin avoir nos assiettes froides. La serveuse était très gentille. Rien à dire sur son service mais, pauvre elle, elle voulait nous les faire réchauffer mais nous n'avions plus le temps d'attendre. Il fallait aller travailler le lendemain matin.....
Food & atmosphere were great service was way below par, 15 min before we got a menu, another 20 min to take our order & over 30 to get food....hoping better service if we return
Wow! Pacini. This was an Old classic when I was growing up & this place brought back so many fond memories. Fast forward several decades later & things have certainly changed. I took my family here thinking i would introduce Pacini to a new generation. Well let me start by saying never again, the food was mediocre , the price per dish is ridiculous ( then again all restaurants think they are 5 star worthy) my kids have gluten intolerance, so I was pleased to see that they actually had several options, however they charge out the wazoo for replacements. Word of advice you should have the same pricing for a substitue, 5$ on 1 item ,2$ on another etc. Having revamped my entire pantry to my kids intolerance needs. I know the cost & It's almost like they just added additional cost here & there just to take advantage of those with dietary requirement. The service was really the only thing that was worth the $$. If you are a senior & don't really cook & are not picky. Then this is the place for you. If you are a family with or without allergies or intolerance. don't waste your time & money. I am sure you make better pasta & pizza at home & for a fraction of the cost. The reality is that food quality is so poor these days in restaurants that even the simple classics are a miss. Pacini! I give you props for trying to advance with the times, but you're pricing yourself out of the market with food that isn't worth the cost. I expected more & sadly got way less. But the bill was not a reflections of that let me tell you! In the end , this is another validation that the hospitality industry needs to change & get back to quality at all levels. Pacini is no exception.

The bread station is so good 😅 trick is to butter both sides 😅😅🐷 Wife got lasagna & mocktail, i got fish & pasta with negroni. Lasagna was ok. Pasta of lasagna was nice Her mocktail was refreshing & nice Negroni was meh 🙂↕️ My fish & pasta was really good, we both finished my plate 😂🤣 lasagna was kept for leftovers & bread bar was used appropriately & often 😂 Service was great Pacini is good, even for a chain, its great
Ordered the carbonara & my partner got the ravioli, both arrived lukewarm & were cold by the third bite. The bread station was fine but all in all, 80$ for two with one drink each is not worth it. The waitress was nice but i can't recommend.
