Vous devriez dire à vos serveurs de préciser les extras correctement. En commandant mes raviolis, la serveuse m'a demandé si je les voulaient gratinés ou non sans me préciser que c'était 4$ de plus. Normalement, les extras sont indiqués dans les menus. Je l'ai ai faits gratiner & c'est seulement quand j'ai eu ma facture que j'ai découvert que c'était 4$ pour gratiner.

Pour être honnête, je n'avais pas mis les pieds chez Pacini depuis plus de 15 ans & je ne pense pas y retourner pour au moins 15 autres années. L'espresso martini était infect, la pizza absolument sans goût - honteux, pour un restaurant qui se veut italien. Le bar à pain reste une idée originale mais insuffisante pour justifier d'y retourner. Le service était très bien, rapide & efficace. On se serait attendu à beaucoup mieux!

La nourriture de 4 des 5 personnes de notre groupe était plutôt tiède. Une personne a demandé de réchauffer l'assiette & c'était à peine plus chaud au retour de l'assiette.

Aussi, les plats de pâtes de 2 personnes du groupe étaient insuffisamment cuites (vraiment plus dure qu'al dente).
