Have been a couple of times with large & smaller groups. Service has always been good. Food was very tasty & always had leftovers. Atmosphere was relaxed. Definitely recommended. Reservations is necessary. Always packed. Parking can be tricky when the mall is open.

Good food (especially good were the Fried Dumplings)....Every bite of all the dishes we ordered were delicious.!!!!
Worth the 45 minute drive from St.Lazare!

Second year in a row celebrating NYE at P.F. Chang's & it did NOT disappoint! 🤩 Food options were great, music was on point, & the decorations were GLOBALLY festive 🎉👏. Huge shoutout to our server, Georges - top notch service! If you're looking for a fabulous spot to ring in the new year, look no further!
Was there for the first time to celebrate new years eve. What a wonderful evening ✨? ❤? thank you to all the staff working there. A special shout out to'O'Neil (one of the cooks there)

Food was delicious as always!
The only thing that was a disappointment was the actual menu (they changed it)
It was extremely hard to read the small print in the dim light setting we were in. No pics of the dishes ,no color ,not enticing. The menu was in black n white & bland.

Wow. Ce n'est pas souvent que je vis une expérience aussi désagréable.
Tout commence avec la réservation : nous recevons un appel téléphonique pour confirmer si nous voulons une table plutôt que le bar. Nous acceptons.
Résultat : à notre arrivée, nous sommes toujours assignés au bar… Bravo la gestion du changement.
À notre arrivée à 20 h 30, la personne tente de nous trouver une table en catastrophe…
Résultat : la pire table du resto, avec une belle brise d'air froid chaque fois que la porte s'ouvre.
Le meilleur, c'est le serveur qui nous offre une couverture pour nous protéger du courant d'air...
C'est à ce moment-là que j'ai décidé d'écrire cette revue, chose que je fais rarement.
Un serveur professionnel de carrière aurait proposé une autre table, surtout à cette heure où plusieurs clients avaient déjà quitté. Mais bon…
À la place, nous avons eu droit à une explication voulant que PF Chang's soit d'origine américaine & que les portes & fenêtres provenant des U.S.A. ne protègent pas du froid…
Petit détail, monsieur le serveur : il neige aussi aux États-Unis.
L'Alaska, ça vous dit quelque chose (49e État des U.S.A.)?
Notre aventure se poursuit avec une commande erronée : un des quatre plats n'est pas celui que nous avions demandé.
Par contre, la bière était bonne… Sapporo.
Résultat : le bon plat arrive au moment où nous étions sur le point de partir... Je pense qu'on va le prendre pour apportez…
C'est là que j'ai décidé de quitter le resto sur le champs, car je n'ai jamais eu une expérience aussi mauvaise dans un restaurant supposément de qualité.
Merci d'avoir gâché notre souper du Nouvel An, P.F. Chang's.
Le boeuf & brocoli, bon mais trop salé, les dumplings très pâteux, les sushis aurait été meilleurs sans la,sauce sucrée qui était sur le haut des sushis, le pouler aux sesames très bon, le riz aux crevettes médiocre, le lo mein avait pas grand chose à part les nouilles, repas trop dispendieux pour la qualité. Too pricy for the quality.

Nous avons découvert PF Chang's il y a 10 ans à Las Vegas. Depuis c'est notre restaurant favoris. Nous sommes à Gatineau donc nous faisons 1h45 de route pour aller manger à Laval depuis 10 ans. Le service & la nourriture toujours sur la coche! 6 plats à partager, 18 dumplings plus les rouleaux. Finissons avec la banane.
The food & service were just okay overall. Nothing stood out as particularly memorable, but nothing was bad either. The dishes were decent, unfortunately nothing arrived in a reasonable time but the service was fine but fairly standard. It's an acceptable spot if you're nearby or looking for something quick, though I wouldn't go out of my way to return.
food is consistently flavorful, fresh, & well-presented. The atmosphere is modern & inviting, & the staff are attentive & friendly. A great spot for a casual dinner or a night out with friends.

Had a horrible experience when we visited this weekend for our anniversary. Been trying to contact customer service or someone in order to get our issues addressed & all the emails don't work & even when I call I get hung up on. Horrible customer service. Our experience was extremely disappointing. The food & service both lacked quality this was definitely not how we wanted to end our trip down to Montreal.
The food is decent but service is really bad. First, we waited 45 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation. Then after that the waiter took our order brought the food out pretty quickly but never came back to ask if we needed something. Also when she brought the food she threw the plates on the table very aggressively & left.
We were a group of 10 people on Sunday Dec 21st at 12:30pm. The food & service were exceptional, we had a wonderful time with our waitress everything we ate was her recommendation & it was excellent, unfortunately we did not get her name. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Can't wait to return. Happy Holidays.
