Bien! Un point que je dirais par contre & que plusieurs restaurants du même type font. Avec les réservations autour de 17h & des jeunes enfants, un service plus rapide serait apprécié. On avait réservé à 17h15 pour 5, avec 3 jeunes enfants, & on a attendu plus de 1h avant de se faire servir. Souvent, lorsqu'on va dans un restaurant, même si c'est pas "familial", on prend tout de suite notre commande & la nourriture arrive plus vite que si on était juste des adultes. Ça fait en sorte qu'on revient plus rapidement disons :-) & pour vous ça libère une table plus vite. Win/Win!
Service très long & serveuse qui passes en un flash lorsqu'elle est la des fois sans même répondre à une question pcq le temps qu'on lui demande elle est déjà parti avec une assiette vide ou un verre

Plusieurs petits accident pendant la soiree. Un bus boy a échapper un verre a notre table & un autre echapper un cabaret plein de verre juste a cote de notre table encore plein d'eau mais dans l'ensemble le service etait impeccable.
We come to PF Chang on a regular basis & always appreciate the quality of food. This time though wasn't up to our expectations. The service was slow & some of the dishes were not tasteful as it usually is. We will come back because we are satisfied 8 times out of 10.
Très long pour être servi. Il manquait des cuisiniers. Ce n'est pas la serveuse mais le temps d'attente (1 1/4 hres)
Aurions dû être informés. Très mal géré...je n'y retournerai plus

.Les plats étaient différents de d'habitude & la nourriture froide dans l'assiette. On nous a dit qu'il y avait un problème à la cuisine & que le resto avait été fermé après nous.
Trois cuisiniers étaient manquants, la serveuse nous à pas avisé lorsque nous avons. Nous sommes arrivés à 17:40, nous n'avons pas eux nos repas principaux même à 19:40. Nous avons quitté très frustré.
Pauvre serveuse elle fesait plusieurs tâches en même temps...elle a fait de son mieux mais nous a apportez la facture sans nous demander si on voulait autre chose...café, dessert.....manque de personnel c'était évident .
