Chang's you are surrounded by a unique environment combining influences of Chinese and American cultures. A panoramic, hand-painted mural depicting 12th century China, is visible from the main dining room and commands attention as the restaurant's centerpiece, while several terra-cotta warriors stand guard. Our majestic 11 ft. tall horses grace the entrance to many of our restaurants. The horse symbolizes the original Forbidden City in China, which was built for China's first emperor Qin Shi Huangdi. These elements showcase the cuisine and create a stylish, comfortable, upbeat dining experience for our guests.

Le service était très très long, nos plats n'arrivaient jamais ensemble. Je trouve que d'une manière générale le PF Chang's à baissé en qualité. Très déçu.

Ayant déjà été dans le passé je trouvais que mon plat n'avait vraiment pas la même quantité de viande que d'habitude, j'ai pris le poulet au gingembre que j'ai l'habitude de prendre.

While this restaurant is not very traditional, it does do Asian inspired flavours for the western palate very very well. Dishes are well prepared, have great flavour, are all well seasoned, & the recipes just work. For a mall restaurant, it’s very good. Miles & miles better than Baton Rouge or Cheesecake Factory (both mall restaurants of different cuisine). The biggest selling point of this restaurant is how clean & spacious it is

Le poulet de la soupe WonTon était sec - a 15$ le bol, ce n'est pas acceptable. Le poulet de style Général Tao était bien moyen. Sinon, les plats commandés étaient ok, sans plus. Un total de 230$ pour 4 personne : on se serait attendu à mieux!

Le repas n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur habituel, c'était très décevant, par contre le maitre d'hôtel a su nous reconquérir en nous offrant une entrée gratuite à notre prochaine visite.

Nous sommes habitués d'aller chez PF Chang mais un verre de vin rouge À $22. Plus taxes & pourboire c'est plus qu'exagéré. Nous ne sommes pas prêt d'y retourner & ne nous gênerons pas pour aviser notre cercle d'amis qui est très grand.
