Our majestic 11 ft. tall horses grace the entrance to many of our restaurants. The horse symbolizes the original Forbidden City in China, which was built for China's first emperor Qin Shi Huangdi. The place is quite beautiful & cozy, the staff was very friendly especially shanie who served us. Overall good place recommended for fancy dîner or romantic date.
Have been there 4 or 5 times & the one persistent problem is that the food is ALWAYS served tepid or lukewarm, at best!!! It is NEVER hot, which would make the experience so much more enjoyable & wanting to be repeated. Service was not great, as our drinks, ordered before the meal order was put in, never arrived until halfway through the meal & REPEATED requests. Same with request for a replacement napkin (mine had fallen down). People seated too closely together & noise level makes it not relaxing.
Food was great but the service was bad this time. Once we got our food, no one ever came back to check on us & we tried catching our server's attention about 20 times as we needed refills & wanted to place an additional order & it was incredibly difficult. Waiters & waitresses passing by, who werent ours, did not seem to care that we were trying to catch someone's attention. I get we werent their responsibility but why not engage in some teamwork & let our waitress now we need her? Bizarre experience this time.

Nous avons constaté que le stationnement réservé était complet lors de notre récente visite. Pourriez-vous clarifier s'il s'agit d'un stationnement réservé exclusivement à vos employés ou à vos clients ? Nous étions présents avant l'ouverture & avons constaté que tous les espaces étaient déjà occupés.
En outre, votre hôtesse nous a informés que ces espaces étaient réservés aux employés. Si c'est le cas, nous vous prions de bien vouloir revoir la gestion de ces emplacements afin de garantir un accès équitable pour tous les clients, en particulier ceux qui arrivent tôt.
En ce qui concerne la cuisine, nous avons noté une différence dans la qualité du calamar sel & poivre par rapport à nos visites précédentes. Pourriez-vous prendre en considération cette observation afin d'assurer une constance dans la qualité de vos plats ?
