Was taken to a measly small table despite requesting a booth on my reservation. We're tall people & being 2 being placed at a small table at the corner of the hall leading to the bathrooms was unpleasant. We had to leave & were called back when a booth was available & after coming back we were still given the pleasure of receiving the wrong items twice (first being the shareables & then one of the main courses.) I rather go to a chinese food place.

Last night was our second time eating at P.F. Changs - Laval. Both times our food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the Mongolian beef, Wonton soup & Banana Spring Rolls for dessert. The restaurant is very nice inside. Washrooms are immaculate.

The place is quite beautiful & cozy, the staff was very friendly especially shanie who served us. Overall good place recommended for fancy dîner or romantic date.
Have been there 4 or 5 times & the one persistent problem is that the food is ALWAYS served tepid or lukewarm, at best!!! It is NEVER hot, which would make the experience so much more enjoyable & wanting to be repeated. Service was not great, as our drinks, ordered before the meal order was put in, never arrived until halfway through the meal & REPEATED requests. Same with request for a replacement napkin (mine had fallen down). People seated too closely together & noise level makes it not relaxing.
