About

P.F. Changs serves a distinct menu of Asian fusion cuisine characterized by traditional wok cooking techniques and bold, scratch-made flavor profiles. The establishment is widely recognized for its iconic chicken lettuce wraps and signature dynamite shrimp, which exemplify the focus on high-quality ingredients and precise culinary execution. Guests encounter a contemporary atmosphere defined by minimalist decor and stylized architectural motifs that reflect a modern interpretation of Eastern traditions. The kitchen prioritizes the use of fresh vegetables and high-protein components to create complex, balanced dishes suitable for a diverse range of preferences. Every plate is prepared to order, ensuring the preservation of texture and temperature within each serving. This approach maintains a consistent standard across the brand while emphasizing authentic cooking methods applied to approachable, shareable plates served in a spacious environment.

Review Summary

P.F. Chang's consistently receives praise for its delicious, fresh, and generous portions of Asian-inspired cuisine, with many diners highlighting specific favorites like the honey chicken, dumplings, and gluten-free options. While the atmosphere is frequently described as elegant and welcoming, making it a popular choice for celebrations and family outings, experiences with service and noise levels can vary. Many guests commend the attentive, professional, and friendly staff for enhancing their visits, though others have reported instances of slow service, communication challenges, or feeling rushed during peak times. Despite some inconsistencies regarding salt levels, food temperature, or table management, the majority of patrons appreciate the quality and consistency of the experience and express a strong intent to return.

Lunch at PF Chang is okay , but nothing great or recommendable.
Nothing we had was wow, only okay or just passable.
Won ton soup was mostly liquid with only two dumplings each.
The Mongolian beef ($24), was not tender & extremely bland even with the garlic, lacked seasoning.
The Kung Pao chicken ($21) was mediocre, not what I expected for such a simple dish, portion was small with less than a cup of white rice to compliment it.
This was my second visit, first time in a larger group where we shared dishes.
That experience was better because we had a few drinks, but the bill was over $200 per couple & we were still hungry when we left... I am not impressed with this restaurant.

Dumpling délicieux!!! Nous avons aussi adoré les nouilles aux crevettes pimentées & que dire du Bar du Chili! Nous avons mangé au bar car nous n'avions pas de réservation. Très bon service! Nous y retournerons!

I came here with a friend & we both tried it for the first time after hearing mixed reviews. The resto itself is very on trend in decor, the hostess & waitresses were friendly. The resto works on a tapas basis; you order multiple plates & share. As an entree, we had the dynamite shrimp (delicious if u like spicy) with vegetarian dumplings (a treat). As our main dishes we had: sweet & sour chicken, singapore street noodles & kung pow shrimp. I didn't find anything special about these dishes, they were pretty bland & disappointing & the portion size for the price fell short for me. In the end, 2 ppl with the dishes above cost a little over $100. I would have much preferred either an all you can eat or going to La Perle. Would I eat here again? Probably not.
