Les petites mouches présentes tout le long du repas ont jeté une ombre sur notre expérience & écourté notre envie de rester à table. Malgré un excellent service nous avions juste le goût de quitter.

Upon resering August 26th on line I called your restaurant to be sure where we would sit would be respected. In front on right side near wall. We were on time Sept 16th, Saturday , yesterday, & the girl at reception gave our tables to other clients. I was very upset. So we were placed on the left against the wall in banquets. She just kept saying "I do not know why there was a change" Daah she was receiving clients & was placing us in our seats. Total disregard for our group. Not satisfied for your flip flopping.

Malheureusement, on s'attendais à une meilleure expérience mais la présence des mouches à une grande quantité nous a vraiment déçu, & ce qui nous a choqué le plus c'est la réponse du personnel qui nous a dit c est normal & ne peux rien faire

Tout d'abord, nous allions au resto pour décompresser de notre semaine. Nous avons senti une PRESSION de commander rapidement. Dès que nous l'avons fait, notre repas est arrivé sans plus tarder. Nous n'avons même pas eu le temps de décompresser, de prendre notre apéro tranquille. C'est tellement décevant. Nous n'étions même pas prêtes à manger quand notre repas est arrivé, mais nous n'avions pas le choix. Franchement, un service aussi rapide est tellement choquant.

Je vais souvent mangé
Des moules chez Ottavio car elles sont excellentes
C'est la première fois que hier les moules n'étaient pas fraîches , j'étais déçu car je les avais proposé à mes amies & elles en ont toutes commandés

Le repas & service étaient excellents, par contre nous étions envahies par des petites mouches. Nous avons même changé de place mais les petites mouches étaient partout. Alors nous avons mangé notre repas & parties. Malgré que le restaurant est au courant de ce problème, ils ne nous ont rien offert pour le désagrément. Malheureusement, je ne suis pas certaine d'y retourner.
