Entrée de calmars & moules excellente 5/5. Dans ma réservation j'avais noté le 90 ième anniversaire & demandé de le souligner ça pas été fait. La pizza a baissé de qualité déçue. Je sais que tout les prix ont augmenté & ça ce voyait beaucoup & pour terminer nous avons eu très froid & un très jeune homme venu ouvrir notre bouteille de mousseux & finalement j'ai dû l'ouvrir moi-même il ne savait pas comment. Première fois aussi déçu dans l'ensemble.
So, this is my second time at Ottavio (Laval). My first time was last summer when I wrote an outstanding 5-star review for Ottavio. Unfortunately this last experience was anticlimactic. For one thing, they had a limited choice of drinks available; Pepsi, Diet Pepsi & iced tea. Our waitress was personable enough, but she rushed through the service, forgot to take our drink order & forgot to bring an extra plate that we'd asked for. At one point, another harried waiter grabbed my empty plate off our table while asking if we were done...but we weren't done, & the cutlery on the plate flew off the plate & onto the table. On a positive note, the food was very good, but probably because I wasn't as enthralled with the experience as the first time, I found the meal to be a little overpriced. I've dropped my rating to 4 stars for Ottavio Laval... & I'm being generous.
Excellent restaurant, la nourriture est délicieuse & les portions sont généreuses. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le service est impeccable rapide. Il remplisse régulièrement l'eau & apporte du pain sans problème. La serveuse était super.
