J'ai une allergie sévère au gluten & c'est un proche qui m'a référé à votre restaurant. Aussitôt arrivée, la serveuse m'a expliqué vos processus sécuritaires en cuisine pour éviter la contamination croisée du gluten. Bravo pour tout cela, j'ai pu déguster mon repas en toute confiance & sans angoisser avec les conséquences. Très bon service, très bonne qualité de nourriture & que dire de tous les choix offerts de repas sans gluten! WOW! J'y retournerai souvent, ça c'est certain!

Il serait bien d'avoir du spaghetti sans gluten en option surtout pour les enfants & svp que les pâtes soient moins dures mon fils de 6 ans coeliaque n'a pas mangé son assiette car elles étaient trop dures malgré que j'ai demandé qu'elles soient cuites plus longtemps (car j'ai remarqué qu'elles sont plus dures depuis quelques mois) . Je mange des pâtes sans gluten depuis 2015 & il est possible quelle soit moins dures comme les pâtes régulières. Mais sinon l'expérience est super comme à chaque fois! Merci d'offrir un souper sécuritaire pour les coeliaques!
