Le distributeur de savon de la salle de bain des hommes était brisé donc on pouvait pas se laver les mains. J'ai averti le personnel en arrivant, mais 2h plus tard, toujours pas de savon. C'est pas fort.

En tant que coeliaque l'attention est excellente.
Le 4 est basé sur le service des assiettes. Ils semblaient avoir de la confusion lors du service de l'entrée & du plat principal.
Les deux fois c'était des plats sans gluten mais pas les bons.
Merci pour tout c'est tjrs excellent!!

Toujours excellent, comme d'habitude. :) Le seul bémol de notre soirée fût l'insistance de la serveuse qui a demandé trop souvent si nous avions terminé & si elle pouvait désservir, alors que nous voulions terminer nos assiettes complètement; & ce, même si ça ne faisait pas longtemps que nous étions là. Si nous étirions le temps au delà de 2h & prenions la place pour de prochains clients, je comprendrais... Mais à ce stade, ce n'était pas le cas. À force de se faire demander si on a terminé, on a cédé. Mais somme toute, c'est toujours un plaisir de visiter Ottavio & d'y manger de délicieux plats. Joyeuses fêtes à tous!

All was great except for the waitress in leggings. You should have a dress code for employees. Leggings are for gym & yoga not for working in a restaurant.
