It was a while we were missing from ottavio restaurant.
We went fom my mom birthday
The food was very good,
My mom enjoyed her penne with shrimp
The rest of us had pizzas
It was well cooked
& our waitress was very nice to us

J'avais spécifié que c'était la fête à mon chum & à ma petite fille de 5 ans. Ni un ou l'autre n'a eu un morceau de gâteau. Je dois vous dire que la petite était vraiment déçue.

First of all... It was my birthday & my friends birthday as well, we thought it was all you can eat mussels on Wednesday's & once we got there we realized that it had been changed to Monday's & Tuesday's without notice! That was very upsetting to us & our kids : (
The service was horrible, we were placed in our seats & had no service for about 30 minutes... we had asked for ice for our wine bottle & never came! We had to ask for bread & butter we had to ask for water & the cheese for the pasta & the mayo for the French fries that came with the mussels! Worst than that ... The waitress didn't even ask if we had finished eating she just came at started taking the plates away... I still had mussels in my plate & in my hand ! All the staff was walking around so unhappy like they didn't want to be there!
WoW 😮 I don't know what you can do to make this experience better!

Première visite chez vous, ( en espérant que je suis mal tombée)
La nourriture excellente par contre la soirée a été gâchée par la climatisation qui était beaucoup trop forte, malgré les avoir avisé a deux reprises que s'était vraiment trop froid & dieu sait que je suis pas frileuse, j'ai vue certaines personnes souper avec leurs manteaux & d'autre qui ont quitté tout simplement a cause de la température.

Toujours très accueillant & très bon service
Les mets sont très bons .
Par contre , il y a la présence de petites mouches 🪰 à fruits qui tournent autour de nous ... on a peur qu'elles tombent dans notre vin 🍷 & repas 🥘.
