J'ai été au ottavio laval vendredi le 21 février pour mon anniversaire! j'ai la maladie de coeliaque & manger au restaurant peut être difficile. Cependant, avec Alexa comme serveuse, c'était tellement facile & elle ne me fesait pas sentir comme un désagrément. Elle était super sympathique & elle me proposait plein de solutions face a ma restriction alimentaire. Merci pour cette soirée Alexa:)

Tres bon service. Beaucoup d'espace entre les tables. On n'est pas collé les uns aux autres. Les serveurs portent une attention aux allergies, une belle attention envers leurs clientèles. Je recommande cette place pour les moules.

We had a reservation for a very large group & part of their policies is to have a $100 deposit, which makes total sense.
Now to get your money back?! It had taken multiple phone calls, dismissive people on the phone & quite frankly frustrating to have to chase for a reiumbursement on my credit card. We brought serious sales on that day, very disappointing on the follow up service afterwards.

Nous avons été servi avec Christina . Elle a donné un service exemplaire & personnalisé . C'était pour la fête de ma fille & elle nous as donné des petits colllants c'est une très belle attention. Cela faisais longtemps que je n'avais pas reçu un beau service ! Très souriante . Merci beaucoup

Moules frites très bonnes, mais service exécrable par notre serveur qui avait une très mauvaise attitude (c'était notre deuxième mauvaise expérience avec ce même serveur). Très longue attente pour se faire servir, aucune offre de pain, boisson, dessert, & il a fallu se lever avant qu'on nous apporte l'addition, addition que le serveur a fini par nous garrocher sur la table. Nous n'y retournerons plus jamais.
