The food is very very good for the price. I have made a suggestion to them though. The pizza crust is always soggy. Crisp it up & you have a great eating experience . Vegan options are excellent !!!!

I had a mixed experience. Food was very decent, but not great. All dishes could have been improved on. Our server unfortunately did not seems to want to serve us, so did skip a few basic service principle. It might just been a bad day for her. Overall, I think it a very decent & nice place as local family restaurant, not a place you would go on a date or if you are a foodie looking for great experience.
Food taste ok... Price...overpriced for poor portion sizes. Service... could be more attentive to an English speaking client. Don't recommend the place for the price reason. Can't pay 25$ for a pasta plate that costs less than 10$ to prepare & serve it in French!!!
I ordered takeout for the first time from Ottavio tonight. The food was very delicious & I especially appreciated the vegan menu. Even though I didn't dine in, I also still experienced exceptional service over the phone. The person I spoke with was very kind & made sure that I knew exactly what I was ordering (esp. with regards to what had dairy & what did not). He also insisted that we try the vegan arancini, which I was not initially planning on but will be ordering again. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Accueil & service très apprécié, nourriture excellente. J'ai personnellement trouvé le volume de la musique d'ambiance un peu envahissant. Une expérience joviale & plaisante.

Although the food was very good. Most importantly, the server told my wife who has nut/peanut, fish & seafood/shellfish allergies that she could not have the plain sauce & cheese pizza because the kitchen could not guarantee that there was no cross contamination. The only way she could be safe was to order from the Gluten free menu, which she doesn't suffer from?
In the Gluten free menu, there is shellfish & she was told that that kitchen washes their hands after every meal prep. DO they not wash their hands in the main kitchen? We were excited to try this restaurant based on the fact that we saw on your site that you catered to all allergens? Because of this explanation she did not feel safe eating...
We had a group of 9 people, some from Ontario & this turned out to be a disappointing experience & so we would not recommend this restaurant unless you suffer from Celiac, which my daughter has & she luckily liked HER experience.
