The food is very very good for the price. I have made a suggestion to them though. The pizza crust is always soggy. Crisp it up & you have a great eating experience . Vegan options are excellent !!!!

Although the food was very good. Most importantly, the server told my wife who has nut/peanut, fish & seafood/shellfish allergies that she could not have the plain sauce & cheese pizza because the kitchen could not guarantee that there was no cross contamination. The only way she could be safe was to order from the Gluten free menu, which she doesn't suffer from?
In the Gluten free menu, there is shellfish & she was told that that kitchen washes their hands after every meal prep. DO they not wash their hands in the main kitchen? We were excited to try this restaurant based on the fact that we saw on your site that you catered to all allergens? Because of this explanation she did not feel safe eating...
We had a group of 9 people, some from Ontario & this turned out to be a disappointing experience & so we would not recommend this restaurant unless you suffer from Celiac, which my daughter has & she luckily liked HER experience.

Table réservée près de l'entrée, alors qu'il y avait d'autres places disponibles. On sentait le froid lorsque que la porte s'ouvre. On a refusé de nous laisser choisir une autre place.
Bon service, serveuses attentionnées & souriantes. La pizza est vraiment excellente. Certaines banquettes montrent des signes de vieillesses & devraient être restaurées.
Nous avons reçu notre plat principal trop rapidement, nous n'avions même pas terminé l'entré. La pizza était délicieuse mais un manque de cuisson au centre.
Very disappointed, I left a message when I reserved asking if there was something special they could do since I went there for my 10 year Anniversary since we went to that restaurant on our first date . They put us at a table near the window where we were cold. The pizza I ordered was undercooked. Our waiter was kind but I will not be returning to the restaurant
Tartare de saumon rempli d'échalotes, sans goût, à peine de sauce mais quand même frais. Pizza croûte sans gluten tout simplement exquise! Lasagne presque parfaite! Excellent service malgré l'achalandage. Merci d'être aussi vigilant par rapport au sans gluten.

J'ai beaucoup aimé ce que j'ai mangé les pâtes avec les poires, un délice & la pizza américano, très savoureuse. Wow ! j'y retournerai. Joyeux temps des Fêtes à toute l'équipe.
Been to Ottavio's a few times & it's always been good. Full house yet service was fast. I had the Irish muscles & salmon tartare. Delicious. Tried my friends Californian pizza & it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend for all occasions.
the restaurant was half empty, we were a big group & we had to ask to have our order taken, we had to ask for our water to be refilled.
the sauces & ingredients to the pasta sauces are good & tasty, but the pasta itself is not the good choice. the Spaghetti, tortelli & papardelle did not taste fresh. pizza was good
