C'est bon mais un peu cher pour des pâtes. La meilleure chose au restaurant c'est qu'ils ont des pâtes sans gluten.

Although the food was very good. Most importantly, the server told my wife who has nut/peanut, fish & seafood/shellfish allergies that she could not have the plain sauce & cheese pizza because the kitchen could not guarantee that there was no cross contamination. The only way she could be safe was to order from the Gluten free menu, which she doesn't suffer from?
In the Gluten free menu, there is shellfish & she was told that that kitchen washes their hands after every meal prep. DO they not wash their hands in the main kitchen? We were excited to try this restaurant based on the fact that we saw on your site that you catered to all allergens? Because of this explanation she did not feel safe eating...
We had a group of 9 people, some from Ontario & this turned out to be a disappointing experience & so we would not recommend this restaurant unless you suffer from Celiac, which my daughter has & she luckily liked HER experience.

As a person with celiac disease, Ottavio is a go-to. They are super accomodating for people with dietary restrictions. They even identify your food with a sticker or a color that was red in my case to make sure you get the right thing for your dietary restrictions. Last time I went I got the gluten free italian poutine & the gluten free beignets. Would highly reccomend!

Nourriture excellente (surtout les aranchinis) ! Plusieurs choix sans gluten, même dans les desserts! Service exemplaire pour les allergies: j'avais une assiette de couleur différente (pour qu'eux ne se mélangent pas dans les assiettes), ils ont changé mes ustensiles qui était déjà sur la table (même si je leur ai dit que c'était correct parce qu'ils sont propres) & m'ont affirmé qu'ils nettoyaient tout avant de faire mon repas (& ce, tout avant que je leur demande!) Vous êtes un restaurant exemplaire qui nous donne encore espoir, merci!

Malheureusement cela n'a pas répondu à mes attentes ceci était ma deuxième visite, la première fut parfaite à tout les niveaux mais cette fois le serveur n'a tenu compte que de l'allergie au gluten coeliaque quand à l'intolérance à l'ail & oignons ce côté n'a pas été pris en charge même si j'ai mentionné à deux reprises & malheureusement je m'en suis rendue compte une fois à la maison avec multiples symptômes de plus j'ai également mentionné l'anniversaire de mon invité & cela a été complètement ignoré
Actuellement je n'est pas envie de renouveler l'expérience l'avenir nous dira si vous regagnerez ma confiance à nouveau

Tartare de saumon rempli d'échalotes, sans goût, à peine de sauce mais quand même frais. Pizza croûte sans gluten tout simplement exquise! Lasagne presque parfaite! Excellent service malgré l'achalandage. Merci d'être aussi vigilant par rapport au sans gluten.

Très bon restaurant sans gluten, ou pour tout allergène. Porte une attention très particulière. Le personnel donne un très bon service. Les plats sont bon. Le restaurant manque un peu d'amour, il doit être rafraichi.

Very nice evening spent at Ottavio. I was there to help celebrate a friend's birthday. The food was excellent & the service was as well. I also want to express how much I appreciate the menus that combine regular food with vegan & gluten-free options. As a vegan, & with my friend have Celiac disease & needing to avoid gluten, there are very few restaurants that have such a diverse menu. It was a rare pleasure to find a place we could go & relax, & have food we could actually enjoy. Thank you for understanding that people have different diets & for making such a strong commitment to serving your customers the foods that meet their needs.
