Super restaurant! Les plats sont créés avec beaucoup d'attention & d'originalité. Ça paraît qu'il y a de la passion dans ce qu'ils font. J'ai adoré l'expérience. Service excellent, & bonne ambiance tamisée. Allez-y!
Très bon plats, avec des associations originales d'ingrédients. Belle découverte.
Par contre (c'est sans doute dû à mon côté français) la climatisation était trop forte (on a dû mettre nos vestes car on avait froid), & il y avait trop de bruit : on ne s'entendait pas parler à table.
Coté service, la serveuse conseillait 2 à 3 plats principaux par personne alors que 1 & demi (plus dessert) était largement suffisant.
I had high hopes, but I left disappointed & a bit upset.
The dishes we tried were creative, & certainly weren't bad. But most dishes consisted of too many ingredients that were prepared with aggressive & distinct flavors, which didn't combine well together. (This applies to the yellow beans, the Chinese broccoli, & the lobster mushroom. The gnudis were the exception -- that dish was harmonious & Italian-style, though not very interesting.)
To be honest, it felt a bit like the dishes we tried didn't have a clear raison d'etre or substance, & to mask this, all of them were topped with too much aggressive stuff. Creative, sure, but maybe not very good as a dish, & doesn't feel like it cares about the person eating them. For the price point, it was annoying.
Also, I was hesitant to mention this, because the server was nice & clearly tried, but the service was inappropriate. The server took my phone & started scrolling on it (without asking) in order to explain the menu. & both the server & the menu neglected to mention that a main dish we ordered had a lot of pickles (the menu only says'cucumbers'). Also, when the server didn't know the answer to something we asked about the menu, he made stuff up & pivoted.
C'était une très belle expérience. Nous sommes venu avec un ami qui a un cancer en phase terminal qui n'a jamais été dans un restaurant gastronomique. On a décidé de lui faire ce plaisir pendant qui est en forme. Faisant souvent ce genre de restaurant j'ai été surpris par la qualité des plats tous avec des ingrédients locaux de plus c apportez votre vin. J'ai pu marié un vieux vin avec des chanterelles bien apprêté. Nous avons pris plusieurs plats différents pour déguster un peu de tout & vraiment la carte est bien maîtrisée. Service hors paire qui fera que nous garder de merveilleux souvenirs de cette soirée. Merci infiniment à toute l'équipe mon ami a été impressionné & a oublié sa maladie le temps d'une soirée ce qui est beaucoup ! Bonne continuation !
Tout était absolument sublime. Nous avons été charmé par l'endroit, le service & la nourriture. C'est un grand privilège de vous avoir découvert. Nous reviendrons assurément.
Lieu sympathique, pensez a y apportez votre vin car pas d'alcool vendu sur place, menu étonnant mais épatant, ils vous expliquent tout pas d'inquiétude. Service super & une excellente découverte.

For a table of 3 we ordered 2 dishes from each the first & second course, then ordered 1 dish to share from the third course. I will say, while I know they're a'bring your own wine restaurant', the menu very much feels like it was designed WITHOUT a wine pairing in mind. That is to say, we forgot our bottle at home, & we're very happy we did, because the flavours were so delicate & well balanced, we genuinely felt drinking wine with it may have decreased our enjoyment. Whether or not the menu was designed to keep that in mind, it was a pleasure to experience, & a gastronomical experience we will all remember.
My experience at O-Thym was unexpectedly nice. The grilled broccoli with its crispy, sugary crumbs was delicious. For the main dish, the cavatellis d'agneau served with fresh homemade pasta was outstanding. The beef was super tasty & moist, while the pasta was perfectly al dente & rich in flavour, & I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions, I was expecting much smaller servings. The service was friendly, & the restaurant itself was clean. However, I did find it a bit ridiculous that they charge $5 per person if you bring your own birthday cake & they cut it for you. Other than that, everything was good & enjoyable.
This was a wonderful dinner in the heart of the Village! It was our first time & our servers made sure to explain the chef's vision & walk us through the menu. The food was absolutely delicious! A worthwhile stop for anyone looking to try an elevated culinary experience at a relatively affordable price.
