Great restaurant....they use local products. Amazing & delicious tasty food.
*warning (which we were not aware of): this is a BYOB place, you'll have to bring your own wine if you want to drink some (but there is a SAQ opened late within 5min walking)* Proper bistronomie served on small sharing plates: the type of place where each dish is a surprise & a delight, centred around one simple ingredient, divinely prepared with spices, herbs, mousse & sauces in surprising combinations, making for original & delicious food (even to my mum who is usually not very adventurous!). Special mention to the incredible arctic char tartare with Shisho vinaigrette, & the pan fried scallop. We paid 200CAN for 2 (we shared 8 dishes as per the waiter's recommendation)
Excellent repas. Jai pris comme entrée la salade aux betteraves qui était très originale & avec une multitude de saveurs. Ensuite les petoncles exceptionnelles & la crème brulée comme dessert. Jai du prendre un autre plat car javais encore faim. Jai pris le boeuf angus . ( les portions sont petites) Réservation absolument nécessaire car restaurant pas très grand , mais bonne ambiance & le service avec le serveur Kevin était parfait.
La cuisine est excellente, l ambiance simple le personnel sympathique, mais le prix est élevé ...

J'y suis allé deux fois & très belles expériences. Les plats sous forme de tapas sont toujours surprenants & très bien exécutés. C'est un apportez votre vin.
I truly enjoyed this little gem. The server was exceptional. He was very kind & receptive. Service took an appropriate amount of time. It was not slow, but I could tell the dishes were not made in a rush. The prices are adequate for an upscale restaurant given the quality of the ingredients. I really enjoyed the flavors of all the dishes. While the menus is seasonal, my favorite dishes were the gnudis & the bourgeois de baie-comeau. Both dishes were very cheese forward. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere overall & they made sure to arrange the restaurant smartly for valentine's day. A great way to enjoy seasonal & local ingredients!
