We had an amazing dinner at Othym last weekend. The service was great & the food was superb. The attention to detail in every morsel of food was incredible. The oysters, artichokes, & the lamb really stood out for us. We decided we were too full for dessert by decided to look - after one glance we ordered two despite how full we were. They were also fantastic. Sometimes desserts feel like an afterthought, but these were just as well thought out. The dinner was not inexpensive - but with the BYOB wine - & the quality of food it was absolutely worth it.
Ambiance surréaliste en plein centre-ville. Le restaurant vaut le détour.
Le Service est génial, la formule facile à comprendre & la sélection est parfaite.
Les plats sont extrêmement bien préparés.
Pas trop mais juste ce qu'il faut pour bien manger sans avoir l'impression d'être repu.
La crème brûlée est un délice.
Le canard est une merveille sans oublier le tartare.
Cestune belle découverte & j'y retournerai l'été pour profiter de la belle terrasse.
On peut apportez son vin.
On était 3 filles, on a partagé pratiquement tous les items du menu, tout était absolument délicieux, on a adoré chaque plats! Un très bon restaurant qualité prix, je recommande fortement!
Where to start.. let's start with the staff & how welcoming, chatty & professional with warmth! They know their menu & they know the crowd. From the moment you set foot in, the atmosphere, decor & ample space between tables makes it inviting. As they start explaining the menu, it makes you want to dive right in.
& the food doesn't disappoint. It is well cared & crafted. It is serves at a pace that invite the conversation to enjoy the night. & as you start craving for that next bite, it comes along right away.
A big bonus is the BYOW!

Terrific experience. The food was unique, beautifully presented, & importantly delicious. Being able to bring our own wine was quite fun. Definitely would come back.
Clients de longue date. Toujours très satisfaits de découvrir de nouveaux plats, saveurs, couleurs & présentation. Cette fois-ci, nous avons particulièrement aimés les plats d'huîtres chaudes, de poireaux & de cerf tous agréables à voir, sentir & déguster. Une belle soirée en amoureux à l'occasion d'un anniversaire & du festin qu'on nous a servi. Merci à toute l'équipe.

All plates are tapas size now, 2-3 plates/person, & the meat/fish dishes are extremely small . It's ridiculous, & please do not use the term'gastronomic'. Its very simple dishes, BYOW place, but with high end restaurants prices. 4-5 years ago I remember going to that restaurant & having very decent quality/price dishes. I get the pandemic changed alot of things & everything is more expensive, Service was good.
Took my staff here for a post holiday staff dinner & it was amazing.
We ordered the chef's menu tasting as a group of 8 & everything was absolutely outstanding. The staff, who were just wonderful, were able to easily accommodate ourdietary restrictions & modify the few dishes that needed to be to accomodate us.
Every dish was just amazing, got to try a whole bunch of new things. Honestly such a great restaurant, perfect for date night or small groups looking to share a great expereince.
Plats délicieux & très bien assaisonnés, très belle façon d'apprêter des ingrédients 100 % du Québec ! Service très courtois & ambiance décontractée. Les portions pourrait être un peu plus généreuse par contre.
Always great food & service at Othym. So creative with their dishes & put together such delicious combinations of local ingredients. Will be there again on our next trip to Montreal.
