Service épouvantable, je suis venu dans ce restaurant. C'était ma première fois & j'avais besoin d'aide. L'employé m'a dit :'Pouvez-vous commander à la borne de commande automatique ?'. Je lui ai demandé :'Je ne peux pas commander avec vous ?'. Il a répondu :'Non, nous sommes occupés'. Il n'y avait littéralement personne dans le restaurant... Il n'y avait qu'un seul couple au resto qui mangeait (22h un mardi). Quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai commandé, & il a fallu 10 minutes à l'employé pour me demander'Voulez-vous toujours commander avec moi ?' d'un ton badin. Je veux un remboursement pour cet horrible service. J'ai entendu de mauvaises critiques sur ce resto à cause du goût de la nourriture, mais je voulais essayer malgré ce que les gens disaient sur Tiktok & d'autres plateformes de médias sociaux. Quant à la nourriture, c'était sans plus, c'était correct. L'interieur était bon, mais l'extérieur (le bacon & le fromage non-fondu) n'était pas si délicieux. Fallait garder le bacon à l'intérieur du sandwhich & je conseille de changer le fromage. Dernièrement, ils manquent bcp de choses dans leur menu. Ils n'ont pas beaucoup d'options comme la France

L'employée qui était en cuisine à 12h30 le 6 juillet 2025 a préparé mon taco d'une seule main, occupée à parler au téléphone de l'autre main. Aucun respect pour le client. Je lis les autres commentaires plus haut & c'est le même problème qui est soulevé.
