La nourriture est bonne, mais deux des trois machines libre-service pour prendre les commandes étaient défectueuses (elles n'acceptainet pas les paiements), & le pauvre gars qui devait gérer la cuisine tout seul avait personne pour prendre les commandes à la caisse pendant qu'il préparait la nourriture.

Mes respects au cuisinier, ça a pris moins de 5 minutes avant de recevoir ma commande, mais les responsables du restos devraient se réveiller!

Tendre au poulet ne vaut pas la peine! C'est des croquettes bas gamme, style choix du président! Pas filtet de poulet ça!

Very disappointed with the service. Orders were taking way too long even though it wasn't busy at all, & there was only one employee handling everything. The place really needs better organization & staffing.

I arrived when it was very busy, due to an event in the area- & it took over an hour to get the food despite being a simple order, & when we found out that the wait would be another 50 minutes after waiting a bit already, we asked to cancel the order for a refund & the worker refused. It was incredibly disappointing.

Took an hour to make a poutine, refused to refund when asked, even before receiving the food, also didn't warn for the extended waiting time before ordering.

Food in itself was not terrible but pretty overpriced for the quality.
However, what truly shocked me was the lack of care shown by the staff. The restaurant was a mess, though almost empty, & the workers did absolutely nothing to fix it. None of them smiled & they simply seemed done.
Definetly sad. Would not recommand.

Service propre, professionnel, avec le sourire sans interruption. Il m'a préparé mon tacos en moins de 4 minutes, & c'était très bon. Je vous le recommande pour la prochaine fois 👍
