Extremely disappointing experience & poor customer service. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would.

My friend ordered chicken, beef, & Thai chilli on rice through the kiosk for $19. When he returned to the hotel & opened his order, he realized the order was completely incorrect. He had only received beef & onions-there was no chicken, despite paying for both chicken & beef. He also never ordered vegetables.

He immediately returned to the restaurant & explained the issue to the staff. The younger employee confirmed that there was no chicken in the order, but an older bald employee refused to correct it. Unfortunately, my friend no longer had the receipt with him at the time, although the younger employee recognized him & had personally handed him the order.

I later found the receipt & returned with two friends just as the restaurant was closing. We showed the receipt & clearly explained what had been ordered & what was missing. The younger employee attempted to explain the situation to the older employee in French, but instead of acknowledging the mistake, the older employee repeatedly argued that it was fine because my friend had received'two portions of meat.' This completely missed the point. He paid for chicken & beef, & only received beef. The older man repetitively dismissed the fact that the order was wrong.

We were not asking for anything unreasonable-we simply wanted the order corrected because the restaurant had made the mistake. Instead, we were repeatedly told that they were closed & that nothing could be done. The older employee eventually started closing the door while we were still trying to explain the situation.

At the end of the day, we essentially lost $19 because the restaurant gave us the wrong order & then refused to take responsibility for correcting it. It is extremely frustrating to pay for food you did not receive & then be dismissed when you try to resolve the issue.

Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, the customer service here was unacceptable. We left feeling like our $19 was essentially taken from us with no willingness from the staff to make things right. I would strongly recommend management review how this situation was handled & how staff are trained to deal with customer complaints & incorrect orders. As per previous reviews, it seems like similar situations have happened to other customers.

The workers were rude & tried to scam my friend for 8$ exacly as vasili said. There was shit on the toilet ground & there was a homelles guy screeming everywhere in the restoraunt & the workers didint do anything. Why do you guys only hire rude workers that dont do there job well? Im never comming back again. If u have a death wish dont wat there-LBK45

Rude service, tried to scam my friend of 8 dollars & took 44minutes for our food. Change staff & clean up the place cause theres sauce all over the tables.

Si je pouvais donner 0 étoile, je l'aurais fait.
J'ai commandé une frite & 4 languettes, & ce n'est absolument pas normal d'attendre plus de 30 minutes pour une si petite commande. Le monsieur m'a répondu qu'il avait 32 commandes & qu'il était seul. C'est quoi ce restaurant mal géré ? Premièrement, qu'une seule personne travaille durant le lunch time n'a aucun sens. Deuxièmement, ce n'est pas aux clients de subir les conséquences d'une mauvaise gestion du restaurant. Cette place est à éviter si vous ne voulez pas attendre toute la journée pour une commande.

Le monsieur qui travaille est extrêmement mechant & impoli; il parle avec de l'attitude pour rien. Il a pris 45 minutes pour faire un tacos.

Bonjour, nous sommes déçu de notre expérience avec O'Tacos car nous avions dû attendre notre commande à l'intérieur du resto pour environ 40 minutes & lorsqu'on a parlé aux commis elles ont oublié de prendre le ticket pour nous préparer ce qu'a demandé! Du coup on a attendu encore 10 minutes supplémentaires pour recevoir notre commande.
Les tacos étaient remplis de frittes & il y avait beaucoup moins de viande tel que prévu dans la commande, ce qui nous a encore plus fâché & déçu.
C'était une commande pour 2 adultes & 2 enfants & nous avions payé environ 89$ & franchement ce qu'on nous a servi ne vaut vraiment pas ce prix!!!!

La nourriture est bonne, mais deux des trois machines libre-service pour prendre les commandes étaient défectueuses (elles n'acceptainet pas les paiements), & le pauvre gars qui devait gérer la cuisine tout seul avait personne pour prendre les commandes à la caisse pendant qu'il préparait la nourriture.

Mes respects au cuisinier, ça a pris moins de 5 minutes avant de recevoir ma commande, mais les responsables du restos devraient se réveiller!

Tendre au poulet ne vaut pas la peine! C'est des croquettes bas gamme, style choix du président! Pas filtet de poulet ça!
